    You know when I started gambling there about a year ago, they were a really good casino. I have always said how good that whole group was. Flamingo, grand online, flamingo and caesars.

    But after double charging, over charging, locking up the account, crediting money to a closed card (that they were notified was closed) Now jerking me around on this last bit of money. I have emailed them three times now in 7 days asking nicely about my money. I get it will be anserwed in 24 hours. That was 39 hours ago. After the 24th hour I emailed again and said "You said 24 hours could you respond? " Nothing.

    So be your own judge and jury! I did. They are guilty as charged! Go to that other forum run by hitmobs favorite person and see what other people have to say about them.

    The only response that they have given is comming to this forum as casual observer to tell me I was low class, my site sucked and I was a crybaby.
    So, now I will collect my money in the manner which is allowed to me under law. Screw em. I have wasted enough time and energy on these casino owner wannabes. Unless asked, I will not make any other posts about them. Everyone knows where I stand and where they slither.

    all them casinos are highly dubious the gaming commission recommend caution they do as you say try to copy other sites "good " name look for example at the gaming club casino not to be confued with gaming club

    Caesar's is a MICROGAMING licencee. Microgaming Systems WILL NOT tolerate licencees who DO NOT PAY, and in fact will terminate thier agreement.
    I strongly suggest you contact a live person from the ecash company ECASH WORLD, and if you still don't get anywhere, contact Microgaming Systems directly. Microgaming Systems will do anything possible to avoid negative publicity.

    Also Steve, if you dispute charges on your credit card you'll be blacklisted at all Microgaming casinos.

    Dave R., I will do that and see what happens. That is a good idea. I will waste a little more time in regards to this matter. But I do give up.

    Just as a side note. I did email them a nice letter.

    This is the letter that I sent today. 15 minutes after I sent it. I got a response that said they would respond in 48 hours. Yeah right.

    I am sure by the time you read this, that you know who I am.

    I have had accounts with you at flamingo (matter of fact hit 4 royal flushes there) Buyins total tens of thousands of dollars.

    My wife had an account at Caesar's Gold. We have a credit card with the same number on it. Your security had us fax all the proof, ids, statements from credit cards, and things like that. So we decided that we would not use that card anymore. So I closed that flamingo account and opened another one and did not use the card in question. That went fine for a while, until back in May. I was playing in my wife's account. Bought in for $1000, as I was viewing my bank statement over the Internet a few days later. I noticed that you had charged 2 $1000 purchases.

    I printed my statement and called. you said that it could not happen and would check it out. I dealt with a man name Serge. After faxing to you my statement, I was called, told it had happened and that 1250 had been put into my players account.

    We then noticed some other billing errors on your part. So we closed that card and account. I notified you of that by email, asking that you not credit anything back to that card.

    So three months later, we hit in the Caesar's account. While we are waiting for our winnings, We get locked out of the account.
    I called and was told by security that there was a credit card problem. I said the account for flamingo had been closed and we only had the one account. OK, he said I will unlock it.
    Then I get an email saying that winnings had been applied to the other closed account. That you did this to save me money. So the account is still locked, and I still have not got the money.

    I have always posted good things about your casinos. When something like this happens it quickly changes my mind.

    All I am asking for is that the winnings that were won over 4 weeks ago. Be credited back to the correct card, or you wire me the money, or do an overnight.

    The bank that you sent the money to has sent that back to you. I called about it.

    I have since posted negative comments about your casinos because of the way in which I have been treated. If I ever get the money, I will post that I did and problem solved.

    My emails all go unanswered. I get disconnected when I call on the phone.

    Hi,

    Can you confirm or deny rumours that one of your licencees namely ceasers casino which is a microgaming site is in dire financial difficulties and is currently NOT paying out clients namely a Mr S Adkins
    I feel you should come clean or at least suspend their licence as it appears they are upto no good
