    Dear Mr. Holmes.

What is the purpose of you wanting to meet with Mike? sounds like a face to face showdown.

Maybe you need to calm down. He gambled in your casino and won. You come up with some half ass excuse for not paying him on time. Then we find out that you have done this before. Now you want to fly to london to meet with Mike?
Why don't you spend that money on updating your payment system and customer service. Do not come here looking for a shoulder to cry on. We are all out of tissues and patience with casinos that take their sweet time in paying us.

This is the other complaint against you and slow payment of winnings.

Do you understand that gamblers expect to be paid promplty without delay? Do you understand Mikes frustration? When a casino does not pay promptly you cannot expect a positive posting in message boards for gamblers. Maybe you should work out whatever glitches that you have with your payment process.

I too have had a problem with Mr. John Holmes of accounting. I was playing at a different casino, namely Atlanis Star. I made a total withdawal of $473. After a week, I notice I hadn't received any email from the casino acknowledging my cashout. Microgaming casinos are supposed to send an email after every withdrawal. I logged back into my account to discover $83 in it. Finally, I call support, and NOONE there can answer my accounting questions. I called the next day, during business hours and still noone knew that status of my cashout. I had emailed them but did not receive a reply. Finally, when I called, I complained to a supervisor, and even he couldn't answer my accounting questions, and I had to call back in a half hour. It turns my card can only be credited up to the amount of the original deposit ($390) and the total win of $83 was put back into my casino account. I complained that I withdrew the total amount a week ago, so it wasn't right to put $83 of it back in the account, and not process the bankdraft. So I had to withdraw the $83 again. After another 12 days, I called back and was told the bankdraft was processed. One month later, I still had not received the bankdraft. I complained to Mr. Holmes via email, and he told me that the cashout transaction was processed with the wrong code, and no bankdraft had ever been issued. It took another 20 days to finally receive my $$$.

I got a response from caesars today. they claim that my old bank never returned those credits and I need to deal with them. BULLSHIT. The bank clearly states they returned the credits on the 17th of last month.

Ha ha Visa security is now on the case of the missing funds. They have had complaints about a bunch of online casinos. We will see if they can find this missing cash.

Ok. Jose, let em have it pal.

I find it troublesome that Ceasers would expect you to collect from your old CC co. Thats like someone who owes you money sending your funds to say the phone co. by mistake and telling you to collect from the phone co. It's not your responsibility to correct their mistake.

    William Hill Goes Online
    Thu Oct 21 1999

Earlier this year, Playboy announced the opening of its online casino. Now another well-established enterprise, William Hill Ltd. of London, will enter the online casino industry. William Hill, one of the three major players in the UK market, has signed an agreement with Cryptologic, which will provide Internet gaming software and related support services. William Hill accounts for an estimated 23 percent of the UK market turnover, with over 1,500 land-based licensed betting outlets and 9,000 employees. The online gaming industry is moving up in the world.
