    I am glad that you have afforded us the opportunity to respond to Mr
    Craig's message. Unfortunately the wire transfer that we sent to Mr Craig
    has not been credited to his account. The Wire was sent by our bankers,
    based in the Caribbean, on 21 September 99 and has been debited from our
    account, and we assumed that it had been received by Mr Craig. Mr Craig
    contacted us this week, stating that he has not received the funds. We
    have assured him that we will trace the funds and correct the situation. I
    have explained to Mr Craig that our efforts in this regard have been
    hampered by damage caused during the hurricanes that have passed through
    the Southern States of America, and the Caribbean. We are doing our best
    to retrieve the funds and make sure that they are credited to Mr Craig's
    account. Further to this and because of the time delays that we are
    experiencing trying to trace the funds, I have assured Mr Craig that even
    if we are unable to trace the funds by the 25 October 99, I will have a
    replacement wire sent to his account.

    I am sure the that both you, and Mr Craig can understand the situation that
    we are in, and I assure you, and again Mr Craig, that we are doing
    everything in our power to correct this situation.

    have made unfounded allegations that we are a fraudulent operation, on the
