    I too have had a problem with Mr. John Holmes of accounting. I was playing at a different casino, namely Atlanis Star. I made a total withdawal of $473. After a week, I notice I hadn't received any email from the casino acknowledging my cashout. Microgaming casinos are supposed to send an email after every withdrawal. I logged back into my account to discover $83 in it. Finally, I call support, and NOONE there can answer my accounting questions. I called the next day, during business hours and still noone knew that status of my cashout. I had emailed them but did not receive a reply. Finally, when I called, I complained to a supervisor, and even he couldn't answer my accounting questions, and I had to call back in a half hour. It turns my card can only be credited up to the amount of the original deposit ($390) and the total win of $83 was put back into my casino account. I complained that I withdrew the total amount a week ago, so it wasn't right to put $83 of it back in the account, and not process the bankdraft. So I had to withdraw the $83 again. After another 12 days, I called back and was told the bankdraft was processed. One month later, I still had not received the bankdraft. I complained to Mr. Holmes via email, and he told me that the cashout transaction was processed with the wrong code, and no bankdraft had ever been issued. It took another 20 days to finally receive my $$$.

    The service and support at Lasseters is truly outstanding. You can chat with a live person from support right over your computer. It takes them less than a min to answer your chat request. The games there are slow (when accessed from the U.S.), and are not the best. However thier online transaction history is the best of any online casino on the net. They also have 2cent

    and 25 cent roulette. Withdrawals are 5 Australian $, which is equal to approx 3 US$. However,I strongly recommend this casino.

    My favorite overall software package is Cryptologic, but BossMedia comes very close.

BossMedia recently speeded up delivery of checks to U.S. It now takes like 4-7 days to receive a check. The phone operators for BossMedia are extremely friendly, but Cryptologic support is good too. BossMedia has mutliplayer games under development right now; I can't wait.
