Dear Casinomeister representative,

quick summary of my case:
I signed up to Mr Ringo Sportsbook after seeing the welcome bonus offer on 18.4.2017 and fulfilled all bonus rollover requirements exactly on 20.4.2017, which was confirmed by live chat agents.
Simultaneously to depsoiting my sportsbook account, I also deposited 100,- on my casino account (was split in 3 transactons of 20,-, 30,-, and 50,- on 18.4.2017). I rolled over the 100 casino balance within the first night in various slot and casino games.
I only visited the casino again after rolling over my sportsbook balance on 20.4.17, wiht a remaining balance of 250,-. On following weekend 21.-23.4.17 I played roulette and blackjack and ultimately won 500,-, leaving a balance of 750,-.
I requested to withdraw my balance, and wouldnt hear back from Mr. Ringo even after my withdrawal was pending for 9 days. I finally I received by live chat that my request was denied due to the accusation that bonus money has been used in casino and slot games. An accusation which does not hold true, as I only played with my initial casino deposit while I was still within the sportsbook bonus requirements. Interestingly, after receiving the message by Live Chat I was able to cancel my withdrawal request and had the entire balance of 750,- on my account, I was furthermore enabled to place 400,- on 4 football bets . I lost 3 and won 1, leaving me with a balance of 625,-. Then on 10 May 2017 I suddenly couldnt login to my account, even after resetting password I received the notification that username and password dont match.
Finally today I received an email stating that my balance was erased due to having played live slots - as you see the initial accusation which just cannot hold true.

I sincerely hope you take on my case and investigate into it - especially the fact that they dont even reason their delicate actions is very worrysome for gamers who believe in European jurisdiction.

Thank you very much for your time.

Kind regards,
terryxxx1800
