Casino Complaint 32Red Self-Excluded Ignorance

Hey folks, just stumbled across this site.. Didn't know where to turn. I had a decent spell playing at 32Red sports, then after looking at how many £10 notes were mounting up, I had to hone it in a bit. So self-excluded myself from the site, all was fine, couldn't access the account at all. Then the new football season starts again, couldn't help but try my trusty old 32Red account.. It worked, let me play for the last couple months, not winning a thing. I composed an email to them, which was ignored.. Sent to two different accounts, they received it, as it's now back to being excluded. I asked for a refund, back dated to my self-exclusion dates.. I just think it's exploititive, of my blatant addiction and lack of willpower. I can't believe that with 2016's push for responsible gambling, they're getting away with taking advantage of former customers, that have explained in full (humiliating).. Why they want to be excluded in the first place.

Avoid 32Red.

Sorry to hear about your troubles which doesn't sound good.

However, if you would have read the text on the top of your complaint you would have seen that this forum has a clear procedure for complaints, which members should follow.
