Hi All,

I place wagers regularly at different bookies. For the past six months I have been using Bet365. Where I bet previously was Ladbrokes and a couple of Australian bookies.
I received bonuses regularly from bookie's, which would vary from Bonus bets to credits to my account and it was based on turnover. Due to my turnover the bonuses were pretty generous, ie a $500 bonus bet or $1000 credit to my account.

I have never received anything from bet365 although when I spoke to live chat at bet365 they advised I would be offered bonuses every week. I have never received one. I like Bet365 as they have the cashout function and the visa debit card, but I am a little tired of not receiving any bonus.

In the last 7 days my betting turnover at Bet365 was over $230,000 and they would not offer me a $50 bonus bet. If it was any other company they would be throwing bonus bets at me.

Has anyone been offered bonus bets etc from Bet365? I am a little disappointed about this as it feels like my business is not appreciated much and I feel the betting I do would warrant something. Bet365's response is we are not required to offer you anything and apparently if my weekly turnover was a million dollars that wouldn't change anything.

Anyone else had any bonuses from bet365?

Thanks.

Does not matter your turnover which is extreme high. If you doing well or ahead or they can see you might use a strategy to try get ahead (= a clever gambler) Then don't expect anything from Bet365. They are are great bookmaker and I would say no doubt best one. I work as affiliate myself and also use them as main bookmaker myself. To be honest in my opinion also as a gambler myself they have always been quite tight. They do give these freebet offers like on Champions League. I get these with up to £50.

I would not know what they would offer you or if you get these as well I mean these freebet offers? I noticed ur UK? But you write dollars $ ? Do you bet in dollars and what is reason for that? I find that very strange.

To be able to verdict this 230.000 turnover. Then you would need to state what exact you have deposited / Withdrawn and also taken of bonuses / offers etc.

PS I just noticed also in post you say Australian Bookies. So I assume you moved from Australia to UK? Or living in UK at moment? as then it of course make sense u bet in dollars. I was just mainly thinking of conversion rates costs etc. :)

I dont know why it says I live in the UK as I have always lived in Australia.

My deposits for the week were around $40-45k. I will say that after 7 days of gambling Bet365 did better than I did. However if I based what other sports bookies do compared to bet365 do then they are very tight.

Why is that strange?
I have loads of accounts in $, though I have always lived in the UK.
Most of them were because I signed-up many years ago when a lot of online casinos ONLY worked in $US, though I still preferred $ when there was a choice, because my Neteller "gambling wallet" is in $US.
I first signed-up to Bet365 when their casino was on Boss Media software, in 2003 - so my account with them in is $ too! ;)

The rest of your post is spot on

OP: If you don't feel valued somewhere, take your large wallet and move on!
You can edit your country of residence from the "Settings" tab at the top of the forum. Then go to "Edit Profile" in the left-hand menu.

Hi, I just think that no bookie is ideal, because an "ideal bookie doesn't stay in business for long!" So bet365 doesn't offer you the goodies but they definitely have other advantages that are keeping you there, so you must decide on your priorities e.g which is more important, the cash-outs or the bonuses? you can also try other casinos that offer the cash out and see if they give freebies...I'm not sure about their bonus policy but William hill offers cashout too!

Ok may be your explanation of having your "gambling wallet" in dollars may have made me think again but I also think that it's strange betting in $ when you have an option for local currency! Your DEPOSITS and withdrawals will have to go through the exchange rates (assuming since 2003, your wallet has been topped-up at least once)

Actually, no it hasn't!
I only ever made ONE deposit from my bank to Neteller when I first opened my account.
Then it became self-funding as I was a reasonably successful bonus hunter for 9 years, making profit every year.

From 2007, some of the casinos I advertise on my site paid me by Neteller, eliminating the need to ever make a bank deposit again, if I withdrew too much or blew too much on the slots! ;)

I get a $20 bonus from them pretty much every week. I think it's based on the amount you turnover each week i.e. some weeks I won't place a bet and then I don't receive the $20 bonus the following week. My maximum turnover for the week is probably only around $5K on average, so I'm not sure why you aren't receiving it as well? There are other (mainly horse racing) forums that I post on, and they all receive this $20 bonus every week as well. It's something like this...

Hi xxxx,

There's some fantastic In-Play action to look forward to this weekend as Australia take on India in two T20 Internationals on Friday and Sunday, plus the Australian Open Tennis finals, a full round of A-League fixtures and the English FA Cup fourth round. To help increase your enjoyment of the forthcoming action we thought we'd give you a 20 AUD bonus. There are no qualifying deposits required.

To claim your bonus, enter your Offer Code xxxxxxxxx by going to Services, clicking on Members, then Offers and selecting Enter Offer Code. Please note, you must have settled bets to the value of three times your bonus prior to making a withdrawal.

$20 is pretty ordinary when you compare it to some of the offers I regularly receive from Sportsbet, Ladbrokes, William Hill etc...

I've actually just received my first ever deposit offer from Bet365 in the past few days. I think I've been with them for at least 5 years. It's still not great, but a $200 bonus is at least something.

The new NRL season is here and we’re giving you an exclusive bonus to add to the excitement. Enjoy your 25% Kick-Off Bonus up to 200 AUD! T&Cs apply.

Your offer code is: xxxxxxx

Here's how to claim your bonus:
Log in to your bet365 account.
Deposit 20 AUD or more.
From the Services menu, select Members, go to Offers, then Enter Offer Code.
Enter your offer code, xxxxxxxxx, and click Submit.
Your bonus will be added to your bonus balance.
