I know I am a newbie in this forum, however I have posted about this in other forums where I am more active and I will continue to do so until this website will pay me.

This website is simply HORRIBLE when it comes to withdrawal requests - they are blaming the payment processor "Dengi Online" for not paying out. It's quite weird because this website provides "Cash" withdrawals for members who live in Russia (but I'm not) and they seem to have lots of features such as "Bet TV" and others - but nevertheless when it comes to payment - just AVOID it! They are literally scamming me.

I have requested a withdrawal for $1,007 on the 9th of December in the morning, prior to that I managed to make deposits and withdrawals using my WebMoney account, which is fully verified (and that is the reason I chose this website in the first place, because it uses WebMoney) - now usually all withdrawals are processed either instantly or within hours but this withdrawal was not processed.

After numerous times that I contacted this website - they yesterday "rejected" this withdrawal and put the funds back in the account, I played a bit with it and made very small withdrawals for amounts such as $3, $5, $16 and before that I made withdrawals for $180 and $107 .... surprisingly I only received the withdrawal of $3 so far, the rest according to the website are stuck with the processor, they claim they still have issues with paying out!

It's the oldest trick in the book!
Blame someone else, and discharge any responsibility!

If you wish, I could add screenshots and email correspondence with this website - they are just giving me the flip for over a week now, using excuses and SELECTIVELY choosing when to pay out the withdrawal and when to force it to get stuck!

I have informed them that I will complain in forums because of what they're doing to me - this is unfair, injustice, and I hope no one else would get affected by it!

They have not processed my withdrawals yet and I placed some more bets betting on low odds, I managed to get from $1000 to $1366.
They are now not letting me withdraw that amount (but I can still place bets) - whenever I try to make a withdrawal - I get an error message of "Rejected" in Russian along with the explanation in Russian that in English is translated to "Request Documents".

I've emailed them to ask what do they need because they got a scan of my Passport - so they replied with this answer:

Dear user. You have to provide us a photo of your id card, scans and copies are not acceptable

I asked them what's wrong with a scan - they replied:

Dear user. You have to provide us a photo of your id card, scans and copies are not acceptable

I asked them where do they want me to mail a photocopy of my Passport - they replied:

Dear user. You have to provide us a photo of your id card, scans and copies are not acceptable

They clearly don't know English very well - but now I can't get my money and I'm not going to place anymore bets with them - I just want to withdraw the funds from there.

Can anyone from here help me with this situation please?!?!

You may be able to do a PAB against them. Read the rules carefully, and Link Outdated / Removed.

Thanks ... they just replied when I asked them both in Russian and English what's the mailing address to send a photocopy of my Passport.
They replied with their email address security@1xbet.com

So my coin finally flipped!!
They want a PHOTO (taken by camera/mobile) of my Passport instead of a SCAN of the Passport.
So I sent them that photo by email now.

Seriously, they speak in English in such a vague way....
I will hold it there for now with the PAB and see what they say but I will keep on updating you on what's happening to me.

Now after sending them a digital photo of my Passport they sent me this:

Dear user
Withdrawal of funds is allowed
Respectfully
1xBet team

But all the last withdrawals were not processed yet, so now they will blame the processor for that?!

Hi,

What they are asking for (photo of passport via camera) is not too roguish. There have been several cases recently where scans have been rejected as they do not show all four corners or are not of high enough quality. Many times I have seen other forum members saying they have had to take a photo of themselves holding a passport or birth certificate.

Give it 72 hours, if by then they have not received funds or you have not been contacted, then I suggest reading the terms of the 'PAB' then open one if eligible.

Keep calm and don't say anything publicly which may affect your PAB or cause the casino to bring your behaviour into question

That's fine, I just thought they wanted me to send them BY MAIL (POST) a printout of my Passport which sounded like they were playing games with me ... yes it's fine, I sent them a photo, it's not too roguish, I don't mind doing that. They already approved it.

I already asked for the first withdrawal of $1,007 on the 9th of December (a week ago), yesterday they returned the funds to my account claiming there was a problem with the processor.

I've asked for several withdrawals already 2 days ago and yesterday and nothing was received.
I am not in a rush to file a PAB, but I'm just not sure what to do about it.

They keep on blaming the processor for me not receiving the funds, I have no one to talk to besides communicate with them by email - everyday they say the same thing - there is a problem with the processor.

I honestly don't know if they play games or really having problems with the processor - it seems shady and suspicious they cannot sort it out.

I got paid from the bookmaker today in full.
Sorry for calling it a "SCAM" but the issues I've been going through with them recently were not so comfortable.

Anyway it ended well so thanks!

Send a PM to Maxd or Casinomeister himself, or you may use the "report post" feature, and they will be able to change the name of the thread for you. As a tip for the future, there are never very smart to use words like "scam" or so in ongoing issues, as it for sure won't give you any goodwill with the casino if any of their reps see it.

Glad you received your money,

Its funny how prosserors are always on the blink when trying to withdraw, Just if they was that bad when trying to deposit we will be all better off :)

I agree, and after reading about them further on the web I think my title justifies what I said about it.
It is a shady website with a shady operation.

Sort of offtop, but I never heard of Dengi Online or Webmoney used anywhere outside Russia... I used WM once to accept a payment from a Russian publishing house, and the fee for wire to EU were truly forbidding ((

Hi this requesting a photo is going to become the norm soon as scans are known in some cases to be doctored. In other cases scans tend to not come through as clear. LOL I will not even mention the charcoal black of faxed in documents. All 4 corners must be visible that is the key issue. There are some casinos that will be using a certain provider to verify for them. Unfortunately the rules get a bit stricter as scammers get a bit more sophisticated.

Yeah but - your problem was resolved - so the title has been changed to reflect this. If you want to start another thread that pertains to the validity and veracity of this operation, then please go ahead. At the moment, it's two separate topics.

Hallo,
first of all, let me excuse for my English, as I am not a native speeker.
Last week I registered and deposited 1500 EURO and had some luck so I had 2000 Euro after one day. So I tried to withdraw money, but it took a lot of time, since they were requesting several documents (ID, Selfie, Selfie in front of my laptop..).
I was continuing gambling and put some nice bets, so I ended up at around 4200 Euro by yesterday.
This morning I received the following mail:

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). This decision is based on the official Terms and Conditions point 2 subpoint 18 of the betting company Melbet.

The decision has been made after careful investigation of the situation by our security service. According to the results of the investigation we have reasons to suppose that all your bets on sport events from this gaming account have been placed not by you, it violates above mentioned point of Terms and Conditions directly.

We ask you not to create new accounts in our website. Pay your attention to the moment that if you try to create new accounts, we will block them. At the same time your actions have been a violation of the above mentioned Terms and Conditions. The Decision concerning the stopping any collaboration with you is final and without appeal.

You can withdraw your funds in amount of your deposit."

Problem is: They cancelled ALL Bets I played in the last week, so (after several mails and problems again), I could only withdraw 1500 Euro. In consequence, they owe me 2700 Euro approximately. Moreover: I cannot login any more, seems this bookie deleted my account.
To say it very clearly: I DID NOTHING WRONG, DID NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT THE BETS WITH SOMEONE ELSE, ALL BETS HAVE BEEN PLACED BY ME.

Please help me! What can I do? 2700 EURO is a lot of money for me. It is simply not fair that this scamming really works. If I had lost the money in the last days, no one would have cared. But they seem to punish "winners" or guys with a phase of luck

ABOVE ALL: I can only warn all of you: Don´t USE THIS bookie, or any other from this syndicate (1xbit, melbet and probably many more I do not even want to know)
