Slow Pay 666bet Not Paying Out???

I just want to warn anyone betting with 666bet that from the beginning of November their independent payers system has gone down. Last week Friday the 7th November I cashed out and I am now being told that my payment that was promised on Monday the 17th will now be 3 days late. So withdraw on the 7th and get paid on the 20th, is this a joke for a major bookmaker recommended by Harry Rednapp??

I also withdrew another winning bet on Tuesday the 11th and today I have been told it hasn't even been processed yet?? Despite this 666bet continues to run and happily take peoples money despite not paying out promptly. I want to know is anyone else having problems with 666bet and if you are not please beware of betting high stakes as win is not a win until the money is in the bank, 10 days later my withdrawal is not :mad::mad:
 
I registered with them before the World Cup. Made a withdrawal and it took nearly 2 weeks. Fobbed off with excuses. Haven't deposited with them since.

Plenty of other decent sportsbooks / casinos about.
 
With a name like 666 Bet, I guess you have to sell your soul to the devil before you get your cash-out...?

Given the large number of casinos available in the market I don't really understand why anyone would bother trying a casino with that name.

I have found it takes about 7-10 business days from the point of cash-out for a UK bank transfer to arrive from 666bet. Looking at the way it is represented on my bank statement suggests the bank is overseas somewhere and I'd guess from the odd amounts, doesn't work in GBP because the total I received was very slightly more than I cashed out. Also, for some reason, it often arrives in odd size chunks and over more than one day. But at least it does arrive.
 
Thank you Simmo, just out of curiosity what actually happens if an online bookmaker doesn't payout your winnings and continue to trade.

Is there any action you can take, yes I have got slightly paranoid but I bought my daughter a laptop on the basis of an early payout and now I am worried. I am sure I will get paid but until it's in my bank I will be totally stressed out, thank you everyone
 
As long as you were playing straight up I don't think you'll have a problem. I know one of the guys behind it and have had several conversations with him and it's a serious operation which advertises on TV and has high-profile backing.

If there was something odd then you could probably Link Outdated / Removed anyway. Pretty sure they'd respond to that. Plus the GC have a procedure explained here:

I am always straight Simmo and if you know one of the guys please tell him of my plight and to send me some food vouchers, but joking aside I actually dont mind waiting on my 2 withdrawals as long as I know I am getting paid. I appreciate your help, you have made me feel slightly more confident :)

Apart from being a long standing member of CM i am also now involved with 666BET.

I do need to apologize for the slowness in receiving winnings. I can assure you that all winnings will definitely be paid. We are taking this slow payment issue up with our processor,it is possibly the most embarrassing thing that could occur to a newish brand like ours and is not something that we like to see occur.

There is no issue re funds or wanting to hang onto cash for as long as possible. We seem to be fine for a lot of the time and then suddenly the payment processor starts misbehaving. I can assure you that matters will improve in due course.

Once again my sincere apologies for the hassles caused by this.We are working on fixing the matter up.

If you are geuinely who you say you are Greg please push my 2 payments as I dont get paid until the end of the month and have left myself skint on the basis I thought I would have my first payment within 3 days. 666bet have a lot of people worried and my weekend is ruined as I am totally stressed and skint so please Greg follow the words up with some action.:thumbsup:

Unfortunate though this all is and I hope you get paid soon, this is bad on your behalf. If gambling leaves you 'skint' then be careful and learn a valuable lesson here - do NOT rely on casino cash-outs or leave yourself in a position whereby you need them urgently. If you are betting what you can afford to lose then it doesn't matter a jot if and when you get a cash-out as your stake is already written-off and any returns are a bonus. It's obvious you were into 666 without ever having experienced the cash-out process there. Of course some sites are pretty bomb-proof say like Guts and you know exactly when you'll receive the funds, and quickly too. Even then things could go wrong occasionally if the processor errs.
Take a lesson from this experience my friend!

Maybe contact/PM admin if you are so they can check your credentials in order that you represent that site? Then you'll get a 'pink' username as a rep fro a non-accredited site and posters will know to communicate with you by PM and keep issues discreet. :)

2 posts since joining in 2008. Pretty quiet and very much a lurker. Should the casino want you to be the rep for this forum I suggest you contact Bryan and ask to be the forum rep. You can then officially answer all queries related to Bet666. It would only be beneficial to both casino and players alike.

Yep you could call me a Lurker. Apologies for any confusion caused, i wanted to answer players who have every right to be concerned re the state of the payment process as quickly as possible. ?I did not have the account details for the Casino rep account as we have taken it over and the person who has the details was at the Scotland - Ireland match and was not answering calls.

There is a lot happening behind the scenes at the moment with 666BET in terms of improving the product. I am not able to go into detail in regards to what is being done but things will improve.

Moving forward i will ensure that the Casino Rep account is used and this account will return to lurking ;) :D

Latest update was Jade in charge of accounts emailed me on Friday promising payment that day or Monday at the latest. Monday and nothing paid into my bank at all and seriously now thinking of getting advice on how to get a bookmakers license revoked.

Its been 11 days now and for a bookmaker into QPR, Harry Rednapp and even the Power Taylor wearing their logo I have to ask what to heck is going on. I won my money and they just won't pay out, can somebody please help me out ???

I'm sorry to say this but your lack of money issue has clouded your judgement and common sense of reality. I've read through this thread and everyone's comments and am assured that theGman is legitimately involved with 666BET especially with Casinomeister himself vouching for him. I think you need to breath, take a step back and understand that these things happen. Problems with software, payment processors, glitches, human error etc. etc. exists in everyday life, and can happen to the most honest of companies, and they have no way of controlling it, it just happens sometimes and usually for no reason at all. Unfortunately in your case, it's just really bad timing, but I will tell you one thing: whenever you are reliant of something that is time critical, Murphy's Law always seems to show it's face - and with this unlucky timing, it seems it certainly has to you.

You should listen to and take seriously to what dunover shared and explained to you, his insight is a valuable lesson here for you to learn from which you will thank him for in the future, if you follow his words of advice.

I do feel bad for you and your situation though, and understand the dark emotions and hurt of being out of money - especially when we are owed money when in that unfortunate situation. Hang in there! I am putting all my positive energy and thoughts towards you seeing the money in your account when you check first thing tomorrow morning :)

Cheers my friend, I really appreciate it a lot. I guess I am a born worrier and gambling is the not the hobby for me but hey such is life. I will keep you updated :thumbsup:
