This is cut and pasted from emails forwarded to NetEnt through Bryan (from me).

Since investigating this issue with Tobwin:

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/tobwin-com-fake-licence-very-dodgy.64876/?t=64876

I noticed that xx77jackpot.com also had a strange seal on their page AND they seemed to have NetEnt software. I immediately alerted both maxd and ThePogg about it. However, there were no way to test the game in freemode (play money mode).

The site offered 5€ free to test the games. It took a while (many days before they credited the 5) but one day finally I was able to test. :)

I noticed right away that it was crooked. :eek2:

I started to play JATB and when the floating Jack and the Beanstalk symbol was in a winning combination, the win money was added to the cash amount right away.:eek2: On real NetEnt software the win amount isn't moved to the cash amount until the whole spin (feature) is done.

It became worse. I closed the game and reopened it later and then the starting screen was a winning combination. See picture tweakedjack3.jpg. It was just to click and win.

Following pictures of JATB shows that the floating wilds dont give a win. I had to click spin, even though we know that the feature "runs itself" until feature is over.

Last catch I made was to see that you couldn't reduce number of lines on Flowers or Frankenstein. Then my 5 was gone and I couldn't test more.

When checking servers/registrants for 77jackpot I found xx1bet2bet.com which seems to have NetEnt clones to some regions, but not mine. I can’t test them, because when I log in, I can't find the games.

Then I found same registrant for the infamous xxfuturiticasino.com, they had working NetEnt games (rip offs) which didn't behave at all as they should. They are under the “HD slots-tab”

You can change the number of lines on Gonzo as an example. On Blood Suckers you can only change the number of betting coins in big steps. You can’t bet 2 coins/line, you have to choose either 1 or 5 coins/line or more.

I think it’s pretty alarming that Futuriti seem to have real quickfire games. See for yourself if they are real or rip offs. I mean both MG games and Nextgen as Medusa. Even if MG and NetEnt are competitors, I don't want to think that MG want to do business with crooks.

Suggestion: Place 77jackpot, 1bet2bet and Futuriti in the Rogue pit!

Hey maphesto - that was some really good work!

I've looked at the registration information for 77jackpot and you're right they are listing 1bet2bet, with email addresses directing to that operation. I've already added Tobwin and 77Jackpot to my Blacklist and will be including 1bet2bet later today.

Looking on the 1bet2bet terms and conditions page I noticed this;

1bet2bet said:
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between (a) you, the end user, and (b) 1Bet2Bet ("1Bet2Bet"), a trading name of Merge Gaming Network, and each of its officers, directors, agents, employees, consultants, suppliers, vendors and affiliates (collectively "Company/we/us/our").

The Merge Gaming Network run a fair number of properties none of which I'm particularly familiar with. The use of the phrase "a trading name of" concerns me as it suggests that 1bet2bet are more than a whitelable, but are actually owned by Merge. Anyone with more knowledge of company structuring care to weigh in on this?

As to Futuriti, I'm not seeing the connection to Merge, 1bet2bet or 77Jackpot in their registration information? If they've been running stolen games send me a link to the thread and I'll Blacklist them as well (they're already Not Recommended for other issues).

No link for thread, go to xxhttps://futuriticasino.com/en and take the "HD slots" tab and there you have this:

Go ahead, blacklist them. ;)

I will check my files about the registrant now as well.

Yes, they are part of the Merge Network:

I realise that they are part of the Merge Network what I'm getting at is are they OWNED and operated by Merge? For instance Casino Luck and Guts are part of the EveryMatrix network, but they are not OWNED by EveryMatrix, nor do EveryMatrix make management decisions for them. That being the case it would be unfair to punish these venues due to transgressions by other casinos operating on the EveryMatrix network. If 1Bet2Bet are owned and managed by Merge it would be fair to conclude that Merge have had a direct hand in the implementation of 77Jackpot. If Merge simply provide various infrastructure to 1Bet2Bet, they may well not have any knowledge of other activities that 1Bet2Bet are engaged in.

Like above I don't think it's fair to tarnish the large number of big brands on the MyAffiliates network due to this issue - Betsson, Bodog, Europlay - these groups won't have had any knowledge or hand in what Futuriti's doing, they've just outsources some of the affiliate acquisition to the same company.

Looking up Cyberdata in a reverse whois I get 9 domains owned by this company (see attached screenshot). It's obvious that the first one is 1bet2bet and the second is futuriti, anyone got any ideas about the other 7?

Another is a betting site, ligastavok.com.

@ThePogg: Why did you ask for those others? ;) I will sit here all day figuring the others out!

EDIT: Next one is liga-stavok.com

You see? I will find them!

Edit 2: The last two don't fit in the pattern, but they are theirs.

Simply put - this company has been running casinos, as evidenced by 77Jackpot and Futuriti, that have been engaged in all sorts of unethical behaviour. As such any property operated by this group gets the same Blacklisted status.

I knew the answer. You just made me sit here by the computer to find the rest. :D

wezzet.net

A betting site, seem to be gone now. Found stuff on wayback machine.

Edit: next one is oscaryard.com, a sportsbetting site in what I think is russian.

The real big fish you should be looking to uncover is not so much the individual casinos offering counterfeit NetEnt games, but the provider of the counterfeit games that I bet most or all of these casinos have in common. I've been investigating this recently.

Not going to call out the name of the provider here because I don't feel like having a hit put out on me.

But anyone that knows how to "view source" in a browser can discover it.

NetEnt would be well advised to takedown this domain and the people behind it.

You're welcome.

for the record, i took Futuriti 100 no deposit promo from a spam mail in early months of 2014 and ive withdrawn 100 from it, including my 50 deposit and i was happy before being skeptical to deposit 50 in a unknown casino. so they are reliable. i will attach payment confirmation if i found it. they did not had netent or mg back then, only novo. i see gonzo quest is a bit different here, with selectable lines, autobet etc, they actually spent time to make it better. i'm broken feelings for netent, this is why i will take tomorrow welcome bonus and play some novos. karma, beach!

Here they have NetEnt at a Bitcoin casino, are there any NetEnt experts who want to test them in demo mode?

xxhttp://btc-casino.io/games/netent

They have two versions of Gonzo's Quest, one of them is "deluxe" :D Isn't that a Novomatic system?

:confused::eek:

Ah, that's why I am a member here. To know where to find decent casinos to invest my money.

I am not sure if I understand you correctly, but I hope you are discontinuing depositing there. You do understand that if a casino has pirated software, it means that they control the backend and the payouts. I would guarantee that either the games are rigged or set at a very low RTP.

And if they have the gonads to rip off a major software supplier, how do you think they will treat their players?

I just checked Futuriti and it seems they added Novomatic and NetEnt is gone. It won't let me load slots in real mode with zero balance,
but in fun play Book of Ra is like nothing I've seen before. Or mostly heard, because sound effects are just atrocious and definitely not original.
Bet bar is slightly different and when I hit free spins, that opening book looks like badly drawn insert. 100% stolen IMO.

And then found Gonzo's Quest at the bottom, this looks like a better copy, but again, sound is slightly different. Not kosher at all.

how how...
Futurity quite popular across russian speaking markets, lot of money spent on marketing. I saw complaints :D And in short, they threat customers like their customers are donkeys. Nothing else.

It doesn't have the 'standard to all NE games' '?' button at the bottom left either.

Also worth noting that 1Bet2Bet are operating under a 'Suspended' license - hxxp://www.gaminglicences.com/pages/validate.php?lid=8048-C2907700

You can very quickly tell they're fake by looking at the packets.

NetEnt packets (Flash not HTML5) are encrypted and generally all look like this (easily viewable using Chrome):
n=1418893042999&e=1&s=DEMO-1502578710205&data=2fd740a0ddd5d7944d51a605f621642d08e9242ec8c5f0f71c30e370e8fadd3e18898a726663e3660d5bf159c41e01bf771c5d73c43444cbccf923f6a5ff441abb41873e683973d2bc531452a272cf492e6854b77aab505e43ff98c00c

Futuriti won't let me demo play anymore but yesterday when I was looking at them you can see the packets were not encrypted and completely different. Couldn't get the "NetEnt" games at 77Jackpot to load for me to check them though.

Editing with more information:

(I'm not certain how much info I'm allowed to post, ie. whois information and such?)

When looking at the packets you can see that the dodgy NetEnt games are all coming from xxggsexternalgames . com
A brief Whois/Google trip make it apparent that this is the url for Global Gaming Service.

If you google that you end up at a site that allows you to search for casinos based on Software, which lists the following casinos as using GGS:
Europe Bet
Slot Voyager
AzartPlay Casino
Gaminator Club
Luxor Slots
CasinoTV24
Futuriti
UpSlots
VA Bank Casino

Disclaimer, I'm not saying all those casinos are providing dodgy NetEnt games, just that they're associated with GGS according to Google-fu.

Reverse Whois on the owner of ggsexternalgames gives you 268 really scary domains (backalley of the internet type stuff, not recommended). I can't see of of them and I'm not opening the rest :)D) but VA Bank is there.
(For those interested whoisology will do a reverse whois for free, though they're AS accurate as domaintools).

The fake NetEnt slots are now gone from Futuriti. :D

EDIT: Same fake Gonzo and Blood Suckers are available at Slot Voyager, mentioned by darkfire. I didn't check all those sites but a guess is that they are found at some of the others as well.
