Q&A Ask Me Anything about Slots (AMA) 2020 with Trancemonkey

Well, yes i would think so.... the client just interprets the spin result sent by the server, so if you were clever enough you could do it I guess. Don't know for definite though... not my area of knowledge

Q&A Ask Me Anything about Slots (AMA) 2020 with Trancemonkey

I don't know how the handshake is carried out between client and server, but the client is dumb anyway... the server handles all the information, so I'm not sure what writing a dodgy client would gain... you would send a spin request, but unless you had all the account details and the server...

New Slot Announcement Bonanza by Big Time Gaming

No, the reason it's called a theoretical RTP is because due to randomness and variance, it may never be 100% accurate. Of course, if you played an infinite amount of games, then the actual RTP would be smack on the theoretical RTP. But even after 4bn games, if the RTP says 96.04, it could...

New Slot Announcement Bonanza by Big Time Gaming

No it isn't. The amount if people playing has no influence on anything. RTP is based on the overall game across a site(s) depending on how many sites an operator runs. Your own personal RTP is irrelevant statistically...

Q&A Ask Me Anything about Slots (AMA) 2020 with Trancemonkey

Yes, you can (and would have to) absolutely have different maths for when you play with vs without the extra bet.

I am not a developer any more, so I don't honestly know. It would be unfair of me to comment.

Q&A Ask Me Anything about Slots (AMA) 2020 with Trancemonkey

So, just to reiterate, i work in land-based so my answers are around that: - Do you guys run Linux (Custom or a known distro), Windows or some custom OS to run the physical slot machines? I don't actually know, but it will be some form of Linux i would guess - i know it's not windows ;) - How...

Q&A Ask Me Anything about Slots (AMA) 2020 with Trancemonkey

I didn't - l learnt C and C++, but now as a producer, i do very little code. I sometimes write my own simulations to prove the maths.

    Simple explanation video on RTP

I very much doubt this is 100% accurate, but i think we both agree that the RTP should clearly be displayed in a prominent position on the loading screen so players can see when it changes

    Simple explanation video on RTP

You struggle? Shrinkflation has been happening to most food and retail products for years. They dont say "hey, here us a new smaller Mars bar" do they. And yes, some products are different sizes, ingredients, etc in different countries. When I used to smoke, Marlboro Gold in the UK were...

    Cash Noire Net-Ent

I'm 99% certain this works just like Jammin Jars - you almost never (in fact i have never had) a win that didn't cascade more than once. So either it's pre-deteremined or there is a very high chance that dropping symbols will match to create wins. I got the free spins about 10 times in my long...

    Simple explanation video on RTP

Actually, it does - ignorance is not a form of defence. Feel free to disagree, but in a case of (Rennison vs Knowler [1947] 1 A11 E.R. 302) an honest but groundless belief is not a form of defence. In other words, it is entirely upon you to check information if that information is freely...

Q&A Ask Me Anything about Slots (AMA) 2020 with Trancemonkey

It's common practice, when having a linked jackpot, to show the jackpot RTP contribution separately because whilst you are adding 5.63% (or whatever) to the jackpot pool, you are extremely unlikely to ever win it, and so for you, the game will likely run at 88% ish...
