Hello,

Is a casino obliged by MGA to have a 7 waiting day period by reopening an account after you asked for permanent closure? I am confused, cause the main big brand like guts, casino heroes, risk say they must and they apply, but Spinit and Casino Cruise don't apply that rule and open immediate. Does anybody know?

If you have chosen a time out or cool off as opposed to a self exclusion and are requesting before the selected duration has expired then yes, this is policy for most.

Ok thx for replying, but it is still not clear for me, but I would like to know what the exact rule of MGA is On this point, cause they all treat this item different.

They do treat it different because MGA doesn't have a rule for closed accounts, just for self excluded. That is why some have a 7 day period, others just 24 hours and some no waiting time at all.

Send an email to MGA and ask them if you don't believe me, which I know you won't :)

It says excluded in MGA, not self excluded

I'm just passing on what I have been told. Maybe someone who run a casino could explain it better for you.
Or ask Max if you've done a pab on this. He will be able to get an exact answer.
