My acct has now been locked for months even after I have sent in all the documents that were asked of me including a passport a bank statement and a utility bill. My account has roughly $2800 in it. What is funny about this is because via email after going back and forth they told me my account had a balance of 0 at the time of closure. WTF is that. Only after like 10 emails later did they finally verify my correct balance. This sounds like blatant attempt at theft if you ask me. I have all of the emails to prove this too. Please help.

@ BYN : your Pitch-A-Bitch (PAB) has been received and I will contact you shortly via email. Please remember that we do expect you to have read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ (see

) because it does describe your responsibilities and what you can expect from the PAB process. Pay special attention to the restrictions regarding forum posts while your PAB is active (see here:

).

Thanks Max. I wont be posting anymore on the forums. Just wanted people to know as I know Im not the only player that has had issues

I wont be posting anymore on the forums. ....

Please remember that the "no post" restriction ONLY applies to your PAB issue. The forums are a big place, it's only this wee corner of them that are off-limits while the PAB is in progress.

I can't ask you all the questions I would like due to PAB but you don't need to go into details that compromise your PAB, just yes or no.

Did they give a reason why they locked it?
Did they have any issue with your ID/docs?
Why did you wait so long (months) to take it further - did you exhaust all communications with Winner?

They are quite a decent site from my experience, I believe were or would be accredited bar for their Playtech jackpots not being excluded from their monthly cash-out limits.

@ BYN : feel free to answer dunover's questions. The primary purpose of the "don't post" rule is to keep "those rotten m*****f******!" type messages from screwing up the PAB process. No casino wants to have nightsoil hurled at them while they are trying in good faith to negotiate a resolution to a player's issue. Giving the basic info dunover has asked for shouldn't rock the boat unduly.

Also, in the hopes of getting the casino to cooperate with us on this I'm going to change the thread title to something a little less corrosive. In case anyone is wondering the original title was "Winner Poker Stealing my money". If in the end this proves to be true I'll happily restore the thread title to the original text.

Acct was originally locked in April when the PokerVIP stuff happened. Winner got scared I guess that Ipoker was coming down on them so Winner just decided to pretty much lock all accts. Note: I am not affiliated with PokerVIP

Nope they thanked me for my docs and said they were good. Then said they forwarded them to the relevant department which I never heard back from

I have been fighting winner off and on since May on this (was busy in April when this all went down and wasnt playing). You just get basic replies. Like I said at first they tried to say I had a balance of 0 at time of closure and basically said stop contacting them (thats how I took it) but that was a lie. I sent in the documents asked of me. Then like a month later they asked for a another one which was no problem. Sent it in . They thanked me but yet still nothing. I have tried everything. I got some skype contacts of Affiliate guys at Winner but they are worthless and refuse to help since they dont deal with players

There is a thread on 2p2 about this with Ryan Fee. If allowed Id love to post 2 emails he received. They are pretty hilarious as the one email he is thanked for his documents and said those work and they are valid and accepted (they asked him to do this because of a player transfer by someone else). But yet when he went to ask if his account would be unlocked now, they told him WE are having issues with your address lolololol

The title should have remained. This news is all over. I am not the first this has happened too. I just have alot less to get back fortunately. I can link you to alot of other players that have this problem. At this point it is stealing

As I said, if that proves to be the case I'll happily restore the original title.

Am I allowed to post other links here from 2p2 and other articles written by like pokerfuse? How long does something need to go on for before one would consider it an attempt at stealing? 7 months isnt enough?

The PAB is new to us and that's what matters to me. As to the links etc I'd say no, at least not until your PAB is done.
