Hi guys, my issue with Staybet is stressing me out at this point and I don’t know how I should proceed. I made a post earlier regarding this issue but maybe I didn’t provided enough details so I’m reposting it with more details now for better advice or anything that might help my case.

In July I claimed a 75% casino bonus by depositing 2000SEK. I was ecstatic when I finally hit big, 95+ thousand kronors! This was insane for me. Not wanting to lose this big of a win I made sure that I kept following the bonus terms and conditions. When I completed the wagering requirement of this bonus I had a total of 97+ thousand kronors.

I talked to a live chat agent thereafter and was instructed to upload documents for verification on my account which I did right away. Seven business days later I was contacted by Staybet through email to send in an additional document so I attached the requested document on my email reply. Two business days later I had not received a reply so I went on live chat to ask of my verification status. I was then informed to upload the additional document on my Staybet account instead of emailing it. Another two business days passed and my account was verified!

I requested my first withdrawal of 10,000SEK(their maximum withdrawal limit per day) with Skrill in August after the account verification procedure was done and approved by Staybet. This withdrawal was pending for approximately one week due to maintenance work with Skrill so their support agent advised me to cancel the withdrawal and instead request a new one by bank transfer to quicken the process. As advised, I made a bank transfer withdrawal request of 10,000SEK after cancelling the first one.

A week passed and I had not yet received my funds so I contacted support to check the status. The agent assured me they had registered my request and will be processing it. Fast forward to two weeks, I was still waiting for my funds so I expressed my concern to one of their live chat agents who was very understanding and apologetic for the long pending time. I was glad to hear that my withdrawal should be approved by that day according to the agent.

Unfortunately, my withdrawal was not approved due to the payment department being understaffed I was told. Five business days later to when I was told the request should have been approved I logged into my account to check the status of my withdrawal. To my confusion the 10,000SEK had been returned to my Staybet account balance. This was later explained to be a technical issue so I confirmed with the support agent if Skrill withdrawals are now available and proceeded with making a new request by Skrill.

After 48 hours of my new Skrill withdrawal there was no process of my request so I went on live chat for an update of what was going on. The support agent(different from the last one I spoke to) told me that the long pending time was due to them not usually processing withdrawals by Skrill or Neteller. He then advised me to make a withdrawal by bank transfer as another support agent had done before. I informed him of what happened the last time I requested a bank transfer payment but he assured me that the technical issue would not occur again, as he would notify the relevant department to keep an eye on my payment. I felt hopeful that this time my payment would be processed so I went ahead and made a new 10,000SEK bank transfer request on a Friday after cancelling the Skrill withdrawal.

The following Monday I contacted Staybet to ask what their preferred 3rd party resolution/complaint service is as my payment was sadly still listed as pending. The support agent then advised me to make a complaint on their Askgamblers site. I believe this is an online affiliate though, not an official complaint service.

Please, can anyone shed some light on what a PAB is all about and if my payment issue can be resolved?

There are 2 complaints where he gave them a nudge and these people were paid after a few weeks, just click the "Submit a Complaint" button at the top right of the site and explain the same as you did on here, stay strong and don't reverse it, that is why they delay for so long, my longest wait was almost 2 months from Lucky31 for around £1500, from your post it looks like that they are just rolling out as many excuses as they can, once you get paid, save yourself any future stress and never play there again, there are much better casinos around :)

Hi Yimala

So sorry to hear about the casino that actually mess you around for weeks now and I understand how frustrating this could be.

I have never used the Player Arbitration Service (PAB) from Casino Meister as I am still new here. *snip*

All the best.

While I'm happy to say we have helped a few players with issues related to StayBet, there are also a few we haven't been able to help. Thanks for the recommendation electronictonic! However before any CM member considers trying our service I'd always recommend that they use the CM systems first. I know the PAB manager Max well and trust his opinion. Overall I'd stress that I post here hoping to improve the CM community because we think they're a great service! I wouldn't want us to siphon traffic away from CM!

Thanks again!

Indeed the PAB here is a good place to start, I pretty much only bother with CM and your site, I had a peek on yours for Staybet, so thought
I would recommend it as it seems like you helped a few people as well as giving them a well deserved Not Recommended.

Hello, Max Drayman here, I handle the Casinomeister complaints service called Player Arbitration (aka PAB).

Please check out our PAB service and if that sounds like the way you want to proceed then please read the PAB FAQ thoroughly. It's not as daunting as it looks and the FAQ does detail what you can expect from us and what we expect from you throughout the PAB process. Submitting a PAB is free to all but we do ask that you know and respect our procedures.

Let me know if you have any questions. You can contact me via email at max.drayman@casinomeister.com or here on the forums by Private Message (Link Outdated / Removed).

As to your specific case I wouldn't want to comment until I had seen the case details. I can say that we've handled a number of cases regarding Staybet this year and I haven't been happy with the results. Some of the casino's decisions against players are highly suspect IMO.

Regards,
Max, Complaints (PAB) Manager, Casinomeister.com

Hi Max! Thank you for posting regarding the possibility of a PAB. I read the FAQ about the service and it does look a little daunting as I've never dealt with any previous problems with a casino. However, I'm considering it and will contact you when needed.

Thank you!

Regards,
Lydia
