Hi!

3 days ago i have make a withdrawal and send my documents for verify.
I should wait for an answer from the finance department (it can take UP to 48 hours).
More than 48 later i go to chat and asking for my withdrawal .... 20 Minutes wait for an answer from the CSA.
He said that my screenshot from EcoPayz isn't good. But NO answer from the finance department :-(
Ok, yesterday i send a new screenshot and now i must wait again!!!
Now (more than 60 hours later after my withdrawal request) i go to chat again and asking for my withdrawal, the CSA means i must wait UP to 48 hours again, because i have send yesterday a new screenshot ????
The chat operator ends the chat after my question why i must waiting 96 hours now. SHE has go out from the chat!!!
I think that's not normal, they have weekend payouts too and i must wait UP to 96 hours now only for look at my documents?

I have read that another customers have the same problem for wait a very long time for this.

Is anybody else here who have the same problem with casinocruise?
I can't understand this delay, sry

Contact the Casino Cruise REP - >>HERE<<

Maybe they can assist you.

Nate

Thank you.

I have send him a pm.
Waiting again :-(

The CSA have told me that i must wait for every wrong document which i have send it again that i must wait 48 hours again
What is if the next document is wrong and i must send a new? Than 5-10 times .... It can takes UP to 480 hours???
I'm angry about this, sry

What irony ^^

They have a notoriously bad reputation for this sort of thing, No exaggeration in that I've read at least 20 threads on them and their BS!

How they remain accredited is beyond me and you can bet a thread like yours pops up every now and then.

Fight your corner, get your cash and play elsewhere next time buddy!

Yes, i have read many things about this ... AFTER my withdrawal request!

Now i must wait, wait and waiting again. I hate this!

I think the casino believe that the customers reverse the withdrawals meanwhile.
But i am wrong with this ;-)

Hi!

2 hours ago i had an answer from the rep. Great.
5 Minutes later i had my withdrawal - It is if you want to!

That all (with pending) has taken 72 hours. That was a long time.

We're aware of the uptick in problems of this sort (and others) at CC. Bryan hopes to meet with them at AAC to get things ironed out.

FWIW I've had some serious problems with them on the PAB side too.

It's been problems with them since the start. I doubt I ever will trust them unfortunately.
Still it's better that they are accredited so they have some pressure to be honest.

Has Lloyd left them? He is still listed as a rep but hasn't even been in here since December last year.

Could casinos not be popped in the grey zone for a bit where there are numerous problems, especially if there are serious problems with PAB's too, surely they shouldn't be left accredited?
Obviously if things get sorted great, straight back to accredited but in the meantime players could be signing up thinking everything's great when it isn't :(

Lloyd's current involvement is unclear at the moment. Some time ago he told us that was changing, I was never clear on what exactly that entailed. TBH I haven't heard from him personally in several months and am not even sure he is still actively involved. His player responsibilities passed to Irina who recently left "for other adventures." I've been in touch with a couple new people, too early to tell how well that's going to work out.

Shuffling a casino back and forth between Accred, Grey Zone, etc does not appeal to me as a workable or productive process. Bryan is obviously the keeper of the keys when it comes to these things but my perspective is that a casino either deserves Accreditation or it does not. Such decisions should not be made lightly and once made should stick until something significant changes and can be documented and verified.

In other words Accreditation once stripped from a casino would be doubly difficult to regain. The flip side of that is that it should not be stripped unless there is verified evidence that it should be. That process takes time. FWIW Bryan and I are working on exactly that process with CC now. It's too early to speculate on the end result but I have no doubt that it will be strongly guided by what success Bryan has in meeting them at AAC this coming week.
