Betfred have had my withdrawal of nearly £1400 pending for 4 days. They are obviously making up the rules as they go. Account at first didn't need to be verified. It was then because of bank holiday. Then it was security blah blah blah. The real problem is the lack of any timeframe for my withdrawal. I am being told it may be this day or it could be that day. What sort of casino gives its pending time as indefinite? They have verified all docs, I find their tone in chat really irritating and was even told that if I wanted my withdrawal taken out of pending then I would have to reverse it. Escalated to complaint and rec'd email from 'manager' that was just as vague. Money still in pending and they can't tell me when it will be processed.
