Just a quick rant.

Every month NatWest block my debit cards for "suspicious activity". By that they.mean paying Netflix and using neteller.

Spent the last 35 mins dealing with it and now neteller is declining transactions due to failed deposits.

Bloody furious.

Strange, just tried to depositing on Neteller and keep getting declined as well. Im with Bank of Scotland, maybe Neteller is experiencing problems?

I think so. I tried 4 times but can't remember if i even seen the verified by visa page, just kept getting 'deposit declined'. Ive given up now

Just tried again. Went through without the Verified by Visa step. Worth one more go?

Also, your bank.might block your card.for repeated failed transactions but a call to them should sort it of so.

I made a transfer from Neteller last Thursday morning of £600 and another one on Sunday morning of £1000, both to my Barclays bank account.
Neither of them have arrived at my bank yet, and both are still listed in my Neteller account history as Pending

Which is a little worrying now I've seen this thread.

Although I have sent and received payments between casinos and Neteller without any problems over the last few days.

Mine usually say that up to and including the day money hits my account. Wouldn't worry given that we've had a bank holiday.

This issue with NatWest was just them being overly sensitive to regular payments to neteller. Been happening for a year. Every month without fail they block my cards and make me conform transactions. Its a real pain in the arse.

Think they gave me £50 compensation last month but I don't need the hassle. Complaints calling back soon and they're gonna get both barrels!

One of the reasons I ditched e-wallets, kept getting my card blocked and then had to ring premium 0845 numbers which cost me a fortune and dont even mention the wait and the automated systems which simply can't get I wanna talk to a real person lol

Same problems for me with Barclays. Absolute LAUGH...... as they stated sorry if we see suspecious gambling transactions or somehow within gambling then we might block and stop transaction and card.

Okay can you tell me then how come it is basically ONLY neteller?? and after my try I went to SkyVegas and made instantly a £250 deposits then £300 at PaddyPower. Makes no sense......

But good tip is use the bank transfer option in your online banking. Money already in account next day and also does not cost any fee to do

Nothing to worry about mate. I was worried myself as though would be qucik within 1-2 days. But found out only high up at least Gold VIP gets next day transfer to bank. All us small peasants will have to wait at least 3 days. I made my first withdrawal of £1500 and took I think hit exactly on 4th day. So guess it depends what time you make transfer. If monday evening. Then should hit Friday morning or late afternoon. And if Monday morning then should hit Thursday with bit of luck.

Resolved

Call from the complaints team last night. They're going to whitelist my card so that it shouldn't happen again (or at least, less frequently) and they gave me another £50 in compensation.

So its definitely worth taking it up with your bank if it happens to you.

They said their system is based on what others reported as fraud. Wonder if a lot of bad losers have charged back their neteller deposits.
