Betsson has seem to be changing every thing . bonus bet limit, no loyalty email. etc.. .

Last month I losed 8000€ there and this month 1500€. This month is small becouse , no offer's.

Just 2 hours ago I asked for just deposit match bonus. Answer: No. Then i sayed :

Thanks for 11 years for gaming in Betsson, I will close my account.

Cs: please hold, we ask again . Becouse they dint want lose loyal player. After waiting 15 minutes again : No.

So i will just wait , that next month vip points and then i will shut down account.

If they trye survive for casino competion this way: " good luck for them" :)

It seems to be the trend.

You are up at a casino (one way for the RTP to go - downwards) and they will look after you. The winning session can't continue and they know they are going to recover some if not all of your winnings back.

You have lost money (your luck has got to change and the RTP has to climb to a more acceptable level) and the casino rather you not continue to play to recover some of your losses or even worse give you some money to do just that!

It sometimes feels when you are at a loss at a casino that they made the killing and leave you to the vultures to pick on you.
 
i lost 900eur in unibet in 3 weeks with no withdrawal and most important no chance of withdrawal, no playtime, slots translated in my language that i used to play seem rigged as hell. had no welcome bonus or any bonus, this market is treated like shit. i havent hit anything over 200x(and that one time) with min-med bets. i started asking after 400eur for any comp, even their shit freespins with 25x wager, they said nothing this time but in the future, i kept playing, nothing in the end. thats 2month and a half salary gone with the wind, after abut 1 year of attempts of self control. i agree with interlog, if i was up im sure they wuld have finded something for me. acct permanently closed. i have one remaining source for WMS slots, newly established, the kind of casino im afraid to win on because i sense trouble. fuck our regulator and translated slots.

.....But why didn't you asked Halvor for any Bonus first? Normally Betsson take care of their customers....Maybe you didn't explain your situation properly to the customer support or perhaps it was a new employee.

When I see facts on a site I do expect them to comply just as they would when it comes to the rules,

Fantastic work, I do not really like troubling the reps,

I had a great session, All error free, Only trouble was the auto log out as can do this when half way in a bonus round, Always bought me back to where I left off but can get annoying,

I am not sure if this was my first cash out, Fair play for the Rep to sort it but if there is one thing I hate and thats wrong info, Nothing wrong with being held up as things do happen. Its not knowing :mad:

Also the site ran error free which is rare now days, Except the auto log out, Customer service told me all slot games are playable with bonus except jackpots, After finding the rules there is a few slots whitch are a no go, Unsure if theses are just for the welcome bonus? But DOA is one

I do have an account here but I do not play here much, their promotions are pretty poor and they rarely offer match deposit bonuses.

People are spoilt these days when it comes to deposit bonusses and stuff.
Understandable when they feel some casino's are a bit tighter with their offers.
But for me as equal important, if not more important, is how trustworthy the casino is.

And the Betsson group have proven to be amongst the better casino groups out there.

Im hoping my cashout goes smooth because their banking page is for europeans not Canadians. So i had to send in an email with the proper required info for our country and asked them to make sure to use this upon cashout. I told them if they dont my cahsout will get refused and we both will be charged penalties. So I hope they listened or this could turn into a mess.

This is a casino for people who just want to play and get paid. Not for people who like to play with bonus or reward levels.

Strange indeed.

I played just last night there and my withdrawal was processed in 30 minutes in the middle of the night.
 
Betsson is a very good casino. Some casino's are just more willingly to offer bonus money and 1 out of 8 times you''ll wager enough to withdraw. I think it also has to do with the EU rules and MGA. Curacao licensed casino's offer bigger bonuses than 20 freespins at 10ct's. It all has it's positives and negatives. In my local casino I only get free drinks, no freeplay and nothing extra's so I don't complain. Yes here and there you can ask it .. but keep in mind they don't owe you anything!
