Hi i need some help. I set deposit limits with Titan online casino, when I had lost up to my deposit limit I got carried away and attempted to deposit more which the casino did not prevent despite clear limits beings put on my account to prevent situations such as this. Long story short I have lost a lot of money due to the casino not enforcing my deposit limits, have I any chance of a refund in this situation?

Would think you have a chance with your case. However, only if you registered via their titanbet.co.uk site as that has a UKGC license and also you have full proof of the set deposit limits.

Follow their complaints procedure:

Complaints

118. Should you have any complaint with regards to this site, please first contact Customer Services in order for this to be internally reviewed.

Should after our internal process has been fully exhausted and you remain unsatisfied as to the outcome, you have a right to escalate this complaint to the Independent Betting Service (IBAS) - our independent Alternative Dispute Resolution Body

PLAYER DISPUTE RESOLUTION -

We have appointed Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) as our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. You have free right of access to the ADR function.

The speediest route would be to complete the IBAS adjudication form online. The adjudication form is provided on the IBAS Home page or you can request a form verbally at Tel: 0207 347 5883. This can be found at: www.ibas-uk.com. For an adjudication form customers can also write to:

IBAS
P O Box 62639
London
EC3P 3AS

Initial contact can also be made via their email address - adjudication@IBAS-uk.co.uk

Alternatively, you may also file your complaint through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform to refer your dispute to IBAS. However, if you choose to use the ODR platform, you would not be referring your dispute directly to IBAS and this may then prolong the process of resolving your dispute.

Shitan Bet are in the pit, and deservedly so. As with most Playtechs, they have questionable practices and numerous complaints in the past.

Unfortunately there are tens of Playtech casinos and only about a dozen make the accredited list here. I would only play PT games at the big bookies' sites or the accredited multiplatform casinos personally.

Yes, you have a valid complaint IF their system could be shown to be bypassing the UKGC RG rules, or they are offering bogus non-working DL's.
