Hi, I am new here. My Names Alex and I want to complain about one of the biggest, if not the biggest, betting providers out there: Ladbrokes Casino.

Over the past 2 years give or take, I have deposited in excess of two and a half grand and as such, became a VIP player (20 quid here, 50 there, 10 here, 30 there etc.) In total I have made two cashouts and one was a 500 withdrawal after depositing 600 so not really a win. The only win per say I had was on a deposit of a single fiver, cashing out 120.

I got so fed up with deposit, lose, deposit, lose constantly that I jumped onto live chat. I asked the agent what the hell is going on and stated that the laws of averages and random chance don't seem to be at work here in my case at all. To para-phrase what the live agent responded: "I know, sometimes it's like, no matter what you do, it's as if there is something there stopping you winning LOL."

That was the comment he/she made and the capitalised LOL at the end made me think they are having a laugh at my expense here and I wondered for a moment if the VIP member status I had stood for Very Idiotic Pratt to keep playing there.

The final straw came when I asked a live agent post deposit could he offer me any free spins, 20 to 50 on whichever slot he decided. He replied that he could offer me 5 spins on The Three Musketeers. I said, quote "Five? I will be lucky to win 30 pence from 5 free spins." But I went ahead ad accepted. Played them, and won exactly 30 pence. Now this may be deemed coincidence to some, to me after my experience there, it was a deliberate and rigged insult.

After tht episode I asked for them to close my account, to which the 'suspended' it. Any similar stories? I was seriously considering printing out my deposit vs win/withdrawal history andor full gaming history and taking it to an independent 3rd party who knows the actual odds of random number generators etc and asking them to give a professional opinion because the chances of not winning if it were random is not right from my amateur view. I signed up to Coral Casino that runs the same gaming platform and third 20.00 deposit and I had won and cashed out 500.

All gambling is rigged :p

But some sites you will have better luck than others. Its always the way.

At ladbrokes over the years I am up over 1k.

Whereas at skybet I am down 2k.

All works out to us losing in the end.

The VIP rating at Ladbrokes these days seems to count for nothing I am afraid. Once they turned playtech I regularly get emails etc. telling me I am a VIP tho never was when I deposited loads at their microgaming platform.

Anyway my only advice is stick to other casinos if you win at them. Ladbrokes is in no way rigged and your winnings from free spins are merely a coincidence. The live chat rep was merely trying to defuse the situation as at the end of the day they are poorly paid to do a job where they get so much abuse and you were just yet another customer on complaining about things they have no control over.

Ladbrokes has never been one to just hand out free spins etc. when asking for them on Live Chat.

As for the large sums you deposit well technically it averages out about £20 a week so its not like you are throwing thousands in a week and never winning. Most deposits of £20 I make to casinos would be lost very quickly. Maybe its time to try a different casino with better games as lets face it playtech games are mainly dreadful and its so easy to lose loads with no decent wins.

As for taking a printed record of withdrawals to a 3rd party to review it were you serious. I checked the date their to make sure it wasn't still the first of April. No one out can check if slots are random by looking through your wins and losses from a sheet of paper. Most deposits should LOSE. If they were all winners there would be no casinos to play as they would all be bust.

It all comes down to Luck as Ladbrokes may have many faults but it is definitely not Rigged and because you got a great win at coral was just Luck as well. Its the way it goes. Take the weekend for instance. I have played a T2 slot many times at different casinos and never got the hot mode. Played it at William Hill at weekend where I have rarely played it and first set of free spins was the HotMode. Now as I can never get them elsewhere does that mean all other casinos are rigged???

As much as I want to believe in coincidence, my instincts shout at me that this was planned.
