i am done with 3dice !! i told anna in global chat room to close my acct ! I am not going to listen to her sarcastic attitude towards me anymore when i am helping pay her salary by deposting there for 4 years !! nuff said !! Most 3 Dice players will know what I am talking about !!
 
I haven't played there in quite a while but when I did I found Anna to be helpful and pleasant. She went out of her way several times for me and I always considered her one of the best in the business.

Is there another side to this story or did Anna all of a sudden decide to start giving you a hard time?
 
I think you may be taking your frustration with 3 dice casino out on Anna. She is a wonderful person. We have all been there. It's hard when the 3 dice deposit black hole hits however let's not cuss out a good CR rep because of it.

you were not there !! so, you don't know !! you are assuming !!!!! and, your opinion is yours and my opinion is mine !!!
 
I think this is the first time I have seen a complaint against a person in the complaint thread, and kind of a weird complaint. My experience with Anna has always been pleasant. Like Bigjohn said there are two sides to every story. What exactly is the other story? Were you complaining? I understand the chat room can be like a Jerry Springer episode. The chat room is part of their business and they will put a stop to any conversations that they don't want.

You mention the other 3dice people know what you are taking about. :confused:Why does the 3dice chat room always have to be so dramatic? Don't people have to be adult age to gamble there and be in the chat room? Why does this chat seem to resemble a school playground?

Whatever your gripe is your entitled to it, but really unnecessary to come type this complaint especially you saying you help pay her salary. I take this post as the standard "ill show them" type of reaction.

There are others that have had issues with Anna's treatment of them, I was a longtime member and depositor at 3Dice and had my account closed by Anna without my request, note: I had never had a bad transaction with them or ever been in any shady deals with other players, I was simply given told that I had complained to much to the staff about my RTP, now players that where around while I was there will know I rarely ever discussed my play in global. Now wether Anna comes to her decisions based on her personal opinions of players or if it's on a business decision, is to be determined. I personally feel her decision was based on her personal feelings, some may have varying opinions, if you do then more than likely you were on her good side, others as I have said might have been on her bad side but they since have moved on. If Anna should feel the need to post on this subject, fine, those that know Mistertee and I should know how we are, and can judge these posts with maturity.
 
I do not know what happened but from my point of view Mistertee has always been respectful in chat just as Anna has always been helpful and kind to me. Like already stated there are two sides to every story.
 
I heart Anna , when Jim died back in 2010 she was a virtual shoulder to cry on and understood personally what I was going through , for this she earned my upmost respect , she went out of her way to help me with a wrong and I will always owe her a debt of gratitude and have not forgotten.

They all are doing a job and paying bills just like the rest of us and to have that many customers and keep the most of them happy and coming back , this speaks volumes for her and 3 Dice .

I have always found Anna to be the most professional CSR of any online casino - never have I had a negative experience with her, and so I am mystified as to what could have transpired. I have to side with Anna here, sorry.

Yes I know who you are Matt. The few times we spoke I always thought you were nice. I know you spent a lot of chat and I thought you were known as pretty outgoing. Not sure what happened with you and 3dice. If they didn't like something you said or did its their right to throw you out, just like any other business in the world.

You have come on here to back up the OP and also tell your story. Its almost like a coordinated attack. Its Obvious the OP got in contact with you and told you about the thread.

You have said "can judge the posts with maturity." Unfortunately the thread even being started is far from mature IMO. The nature of the complaint fits well with how I described earlier that 3dice chat can be like a school playground.

From all my experience of 4 years, I gotta say she is most wonderful person and great manager
I was delightful to meet her in person and I just can't even imagine for any of you remarks to be true.

You could misunderstand or just cough up with some bad luck, but this is not a reasons to blame Anna for this.

I think it would be good idea to privately discuss any issues and you will see how things can be corrected. From your post, you sound real mad right now. Just calm down, re-think and cone back to chat or email Anna.

Me personally , dealing with crsppy online casino support on daily basis, I think We all blessed to have Anna supporting and helping all players

On a side note I thought this thread was going to be some type of joke, guess not. Why complain without actually complaining about anything? Maybe I need to re-read but I still don't get what the big deal is. Do we talk in code now? Besides who doesn't love Anna.

Yes I had to re read a few times just to make sure it was as ridiculous as I was thinking it was.

Its highly disrespectful to start a thread listing the name of an employee at a casino. Obviously we all know that Anna is extremely nice, but even if someone had an issue do you really want to come cry about it in the forum?
 
Personally I've had a few chats with Anna and I've always found her helpful when I need help and sympathetic when I had a problem. I don't think I've ever seen her being sarcastic with anyone, although I don't spend that much time in chat.

I know that sometimes things don't come across as well in chat or in typing, there have been several instances here on the forum where someone thought someone else was being sarcastic or mean when it really wasn't meant that way.

Unless it was Nifty, then it probably was. ◄-- That was a joke, NOT sarcasm! ;)
 
No Problem Here

I have always thought the world of every rep on 3dice, however I have become close to Anna over this past year. We share a lot in common and is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Does she ever have "moods"...I'm sure she does, just like the rest of us. We all have days where we don't feel well, have a lot on our minds, etc....and that may even reflect on how we correspond with others, however that is human. Whether we are a player or the rep...one must realize that it is not a keyboard typing...it is an actual human behind the keyboard.

Personally, she has been helpful to me...many...many times, even when I probably didn't deserve the help. Being a rep can't be an easy job...one is dealing with many people, sometimes at the same time. Just a suggestion...perhaps just a talk with the other individual may help to eradicate any issues if there are any.

i was there when Mr Tee decided to tell Anna to close his account in the global chat room. In my opinion this was a matter that should have been discussed in a Personal message to Anna directly not for the sole purpose of Shock and Ah in a global chat room. I have been on the winning and losing side of 3dice and I have always been treated with respect by Anna even when I didn't always like the outcome of our conversations. it's funny to me that when ppl are winning, throwing trny's and everything is wonderful and lovely 3Dice suddenly becomes the Best Online Casino. However hit a losing streak and suddenly it gets personal like it did today.
 
i'm sure if you'd got lucky and won a few, you'd be praising the service and the CS.... it's prolly natural to rant about once you hit that bad loosing streak....everyone's been there....sleep it off...can only get better....

Be that as it may you certainly wouldn't want your name plastered up on the forums. Please don't abuse the forums for your personal agenda, and remember that you need to be respectful towards the casino staff whether you have an issue with them or not.

As to "i am helping pay her salary by deposting there" you are mistaken. When you deposit you are buying an entertainment service from the casino, not Anna's servitude.

staff at 3 dice, i just dont go there very often but , i do remember some of them did speak with lance a week ago.
all the staff have been great polite pleasant manner whilst dealing with me

i do not use the global chat thingy though ,ive popped in a few times to it ,but seems a close nit community not for me but did see some what i would call bickering , but your always going to get that , reminds me of jackpotparty :D
 
I haven't played at 3Dice for a while but when I did I had occasion to talk to Anna many many times and complained about my RTP a lot too. I have to say she is a darling and was always helpful to me. I don't have a bad word to say about her or any of the staff over at 3Dice for that matter. I have rarely used the chat feature because I personally don't like chat rooms in a casino. I am there to play slots. I was shocked to read this thread and find the allegations hard to believe. Anna's personal agenda is to be a great CSR rep and manager which she does with aplomb. That is my opinion anyway.

An ego has been hurt and there is always someone else to blame.

No matter if it's the truth or not you're suppose to go to their boss if you have such a complaint or try to solve it in private.

Just the way I hope you solve your problems in real life...
