hey just a note to say be very careful at hampton and portofino casinos(rtg) i have played there for over a year and have won big jackpots, but i have to tell ya here in the past week in a online chat a worker told me that hampotn would be closeing down, when i emailed and asked support no one knew anything about this rumor. but i believe it to be true. what is so bad is i noticed the big jackpots at protofino and at hampton were largely increased in one days time from 8,000 to over 30.000. and the 7.000 dollar jackkpots were increased to 23.000 and also all the games had been increaed. i think that the casinos are really closing down and are tring to bring in a few extra bucks. when i sent another emial in to support they said it is not a technical error but they combined several jackpots to make the pots bigger. there were no games combined. all games were still there except all jackpots had been triggered with. i do beleive this is a hoax to get more money. i have never seen jackpots go up like that. it would only hurt the casino more if these pots were ot pay off. i dont think there is a worry there because i believe the jackpots have been set to not hit. if a casino is closeing down i wouldnt expect to hit a huge jackpot. and if i did who would i complain to in order to get my money... i have been playing at a few others until i find out the scoop

If you want some entertaining reading check out the archives here for Hampton and Portofino - these online casinos have a chequered and at times spectacular history!

What a Joke

Your post is so far off base and so innacurate it is laughable.

Who told you that Hamptons and Portofino are closing down - prove it - get your chat and post it .

With regards to the Jackpots - RTG Casinos can now combine the Jackpots of the Local Progressive Games - whats so strange about that .We have done that on all of our Casinos. That i believe is a good thing for players.

all games were still there except all jackpots had been triggered with. i do beleive this is a hoax to get more money. i have never seen jackpots go up like that. it would only hurt the casino more if these pots were ot pay off. i dont think there is a worry there because i believe the jackpots have been set to not hit. if a casino is closeing down i wouldnt expect to hit a huge jackpot. and if i did who would i complain to in order to get my money... i have been playing at a few others until i find out the scoop

Im sorry i dont know what you mean by the above - perhaps you could explain further . Last week we had people who won over $75k on Slot Jackpots on King Solomons Geisha Lounge and Grand Aces and as far as i can tell the Casinos are still there and they have been operating for a long long time so i am not to sure why you would think that someone hitting a jackpot would put us out of business. Actually someone hitting a jackpot to us is a good thing.

If you need any further type of explanation you can always PM me - in fact some advice from me to you is that in future if you hear this type of rumour from people it is probably always best to PM the rep of the Casino on this board ior speak to the Meister before you post an article like this . We are a group that have been on the Meister Forum for some time and take issues seriously re our players and Casinos .

As Jetset mentioned the Casinos do indeed have a spectacular history - and when we purchased it at the beggining of the year we reformed a lot of things in regards to the Casinos. Not only Hamptons - but Windows Casino , Gold Key Casino , Magic Oasis Casino . The job is still far from done however and change continues, sometimes not as fast as people would like but each business has its priorities and resources are used accordingly.

If anyone has any questions please let me know.Due to the nature of the business there are obviously some questions that can never be answered but i will be as open as possible with all of you as i have been in the past and will continue to be that way in the future.

Greg
