This could be a struggle of epic proportions. When Dr Ho Casino launched many thought that a clash with the i2corp/Home Gaming Network was likely and here it is. A flea taking on an elephant, and Dr Stanley will be a tough opponent. That is, if i2corp's Molnick is serious about a legal battle - it makes for great publicity just launching an action against one of the major figures in the landbased gambling world!

LAS VEGAS-(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 2, 2001--A lawsuit for Patent Infringement has been filed in United States Federal Court, District for Nevada against DrHo.com, its owners, management, officers, executives and related contributing infringing companies by Home Gambling Network (HGN), a wholly owned subsidiary of i2corp.com (OTCBB:ITOO - news).

All inquiries related to the suit may be directed to Mel Molnick, President of HGN, or Michael Rounds Esq. of Skinner, Sutton, Watson and Rounds of Reno, Nev.

Molnick stated: ``As we have done successfully before, we will continue to vigorously defend our intellectual property no matter where the infringing entity is located in the world and DrHo.com is no exception.''

DrHo.com is an online gaming site providing ``The World's first Cyber Casino to offer a Live Dealer via Internet broadcast of a Live Game using real-time media delivery technology.'' According to CEO Peter Kjaer, the US $20 million casino Web site has had 5 million hits a month and 30,000 account holders since its soft launch in March. Dr. Stanley Ho personally has had his assets valued at $1.1 billion by Forbes Magazine (Forbes World's Richest 2001).

i2corp.com's Home Gambling Network (HGN) U.S. Patent 5,800,268 covers remote wagering on live games and events with electronic financial transactions, and it is management's belief that it is poised to become the de facto standard for the remote wagering industry worldwide. The patent has been applied for in Australia, Canada, and European Patent Office. The European patent was published in November of 1999.

yep looks like ho has had it first live went belly up for amonst other things breaching the patent and doesnt matter if u r a flea or a big boy u should steal other peoples ideas

SHAME ON U HO SHAME ON YOU

LMAO.

Not a chance. First Live was also a flea.

The only way HGN will prevail is if Dr. Ho decides it's not worth throwing good money away after bad.

Spear, that was a great opportunity to reply, "No, your mom's a HO".

All future witty retorts will be charged at the low, low rate of 5 pounds per putdown.

An old friend of mine is one of Stanley Ho's dozen or so children. reeeeaaallllly nice house

Are you surprised? LOL... perhaps you should ask him/her what they think about the whole online casino thing... I would be very curious to hear the response!
