I have a quick question about the sites held under the MT Securetrade UKGC licence number which hopefully the reps can have some input.

A long time ago, a Guts rep accidentally put a 6 month exclusion on my account which filtered through to all the other sites sharing the same licence number. Yits was kind enough to look into it, but was not able to reverse the exclusion even though it was confirmed to be their mistake.

Fast forward 6 months or so - I was able to re-open some accounts individually by contacting the chat help. However, due to one of the accounts still showing as excluded, it somehow affected and closed the open accounts and it all became a bit of a mess! So, being baffled/pissed off by the whole situation, I manually excluded from the open accounts.

Fast forward another 6+ months! I have reopened my Rizk account without problem, but ALL other MT Securetrade sites still show as being blocked/excluded until I contact them to reopen them individually. I even tried to open an account at another site under MTS, but that immediately got blocked.

The dilemma I am in is whether if I continue to play at Rizk, would and could they close my account (probably when trying to withdraw!) saying I am blocked/excluded at sister sites? I would like to reopen Guts, Dunder, etc, but fear it will be all a bit of a pain and a can of worms!

Rizk Casino is an award winning Accredited Casino here at Casinomeister
What a mess. Someone higher up at MT Secure Trade should be able to sort it for you. The question is if there is such a person anymore who are prepared to deal with it.
What I fear if it's not solved is that it maybe will effect you when the uk-wide exclusion are up and running.
It should not effect any cashouts from Rizk. Their rep is to be trusted 100%, and he wouldn't let you have your account open if it wasn't ok for you to play.

Maybe you could do a PAB and let Max help you.

Yep, it is a bit of a mess! I suppose something that is bound to happen when sites use the same licence number.

Not quite a PAB state as I am not out of pocket, just curious how the land lies if some say I am blocked/excluded, but others let me play under the same licence. Could it be used as an excuse if I try a withdrawal, even though they re-opened my account after any exclusion period? Should all accounts be reopened, or can some still show as blocked?

I used to play at nearly all their sites; Guts, Rizk, Dunder, Betspin, Instacasino, etc, but am cutting back of late due to other financial commitments. I tried opening a JoReels account the other day further to their name popping up on here and just having a little looksy, but that got blocked immediately despite the Rizk account being open.

And yes, could be interesting with what you say about the uk-wide exclusion!

Same I did SE at Betspin..then got banned from other sites..but I can play on Rizk and Dunder and I bet they will take away any winnings when it comes to withdrawal time, in that case I should be entitled to all my previous deposits back, they can't have
it both ways.

What surprises me is that you're well aware of the fact that you shouldn't be able to play at Rizk and Dunder if you have SE'd at Betspin, but you still do it:eek2:

You sound like you're trying to get a free ride here with not losing anything no matter what.
Yes you would be entitled to deposits made after you SE'd but since you're aware of the rules they maybe will see you as a fraudster. How would it be if you start talking to them. It's their license on stake here too.

@RichyJ75
The answer is no, they would not use it as an excuse. At least not Rizk.

If I were you I would submit a PAB to get the MT Secure Trade mistaken SE mess fixed. As Tirilej says there is a system wide SE database coming into play in the UK in the not so distant future and you don't want to find yourself banned from ALL online casinos due to an error of a C.S. agent. You may not be out of pocket now but I am sure you don't want be banned from all UK casinos. So do the PAB get your problem sorted before you are out of pocket.

So a question for you then?

So what about the casinos I am already excluded from? like skyvegas and unibet and a few others? would the fact I am excluded from those affect all my other casinos I play at once the UK bring this new rule into force?

I can not reverse the skyvegas or unibet ones cos they are for the maximum timeframe? of 5 years?

They expire in 2020.

I really hope it doesn't ban me from all, just because of those few sites?

And the reasons I self excluded from them was not because I was having problems. It was because I hated there loyalty system or lack off. So I self excluded to show them that I will not keep playing in a casino where loyalty was non existent.

But yet I still play at leovegas, and they are actually 10 times worse than the 2 above sites hahaha.

First off I have played for a long long 9 years or so, I have never tried to "get a free ride" or been a "fraudster" there are other sites that blatantly ignore some people's SE on sister sites, but happily take deposits when they are losing, but when it comes to SE then they should be saying something at the point of deposit not and not only when someone wins, their system is a mess when it bans you from their other sites, but not Rizk or Dunder.

Maybe you should have just asked them to close your account, and told them exactly why you were closing it.

By just self-excluding, they probably won't know why you're doing it, and definitely won't be able to do anything for you, to make up for the lack of a loyalty scheme

I agree with Brianmon SE should only be used if you have a problem with gambling. If you aren't happy with a casino then don't play there. That is what I do. The account goes dormant after a while.

I think in order for the SE system with Gamstop to work is if you are in that data base because of a valid SE submission you should be banned from all casinos. It's not for me to answer whether you should be banned from all casinos once that site is up and running that would be a question for the people who run the site. I guess we will know more on how it's going to work once it comes nearer to the time it's goes live.

Ok yeah true good point. Well I usually do tell them how I feel. But nothing ever changes.

I believe it works perfectly fine if someone is trying to open a new account, but it doesn't seem to lock out all accounts already created.
Still you are aware of what can happen and that they can and have the right to deny a withdrawal.
I guess you're sure that you did SE and not just close the account, or that would explain it?

Anyway I can see that the rep/reps/they/the Team for Guts have followed this thread and also checked the profiles of those who have problems in this thread.
I do hope that was with the intention of solving this mess and make sure all accounts are either opened or closed, so no complains will go further.
If not then I will be really disappointed. Time will tell.

If I remember I rightly it was account closure at Betspin and not an SE, which technically should mean not being banned at their other sites, unless Rizk and Dunder are on a different license so they are not linked
in the same way the other sites in the network are, if I was looking for a "free ride" or I was a "fraudster", I would have asked for all my deposits back every time I have lost one? I have yet to ask
for any deposits back yet you fling these accusations at me.

Your words was that you bet they would not pay if you won, and if they didn't you would ask for your deposits because they can't have it both ways.
I mean you can't either have it both ways, which is why it's so important to clear up.

If you just closed your account it's another thing. I know they changed the rules in that group for SE and account closure a while ago, or they made them more clear maybe. It's different for uk and the rest of us, but they shouldn't be able to deny you any cashout if another one was just closed.

As I said I hope they will contact you and make sure everything is fine and that you can play without having to worry.

@Guts - If you read my post correctly I wasnt referring to any casinos in the MT group - as I said to you via the PM in the reply after you sent me 3 Private messages regarding this. I can 100% tell you I have no accounts self excluded in the MT group of casinos.

So please ignore this. My reply was merely asking others about the new gamstop system. As I have self excludes from sky vegas and unibet. NOT MT group of casinos.

So please stop the investigation, because there is nothing to investigate.

Wouldn't it be nice if they actually once in a while read and understood our posts :D

I'm happy they are investigating though, but I hope they leave you out of this mess :)

LOL I know right. When I logged in and saw the 3 PM's I was like OMG, seriously hahahaha

I have now sent the Guts account 2 replies. to which they still haven't replied. So will probably be tomorrow now lol

Hi Richy, as a matter of course accounts that have been self excluded for 6 months are not re-opened automatically across the MT Secure Licence, it should work as it did with Rizk that you apply to the individual casino and then you have a 7 day cool off period before we reopen your account. However even though the account has not been reopened at all sits this shouldnt lead to the account getting reclosed as the SE period has finished.

There is one important proviso to this - if you have current self exclusions on the Betit licence (Thrills, SuperLenny, Kaboo and very soon Highroller) which is also part of Gaming Innovation Group then this will mean that the MT Secure sites are also affected as per the UKGC licence requirements that SE applies across the entire group irrespective of what the licences are.

However I see that you have reapplied a week long SE to your Rizk account. If you want me to look into the situation for you then i am happy to do so, just PM me

Many thanks for the reply. I took a week long time out to re-evaluate the situation further to a chat with a Betspin online chat rep who said that any request to reopen an account needs to go through the Self Exclusion team for them to decide whether to reopen the account or not. Naturally if for whatever reason they decide not to reopen the account, then I have serious concerns whether retrospective account closures would ensue over other open accounts in the group. She also suggested that any closed accounts due to SE would imply all other open accounts in the group should be closed as well.

All in all, I think I would prefer for all accounts to be open or all of them to be closed since I am not filled with confidence with what I have heard, or the proposal that I need to go through the SE team at each establishment to get accounts reopen. Surely if you SE at one site and that then applies the closure to all accounts in the group, why is it then that you have to apply to each site to reopen the account after a SE period has lapsed? Surely the same applies in reopening accounts to that of closing them in that one action covers all?

I will pm you once I have looked a bit further into it.

Cheers.

Hey guys, had a wee break from Rizk mainly because I had played all the slots possible there... :D
Deposited again tonight and won a nice amount...
I am used to quick WD's from Rizk,do they still process WD's in the weekend?

I used to get them nearly instant so I am just wondering... :)

Nice to be back there as I had not forgotten about them... :D;)

Yes, my last withdrawals were processed between 5 mins and 2 hrs max. One was on a weekend.

Hi Lotusch and welcome back to Rizk.

Yes we run the same payments routine during the weekend as we do during the week - it makes no difference to us. Obviously if it is processed over the weekend then if it is a bank/card withdrawal it might take longer to actually hit your account as the banks themselves are closed.

From what i can see your withdrawals were processed a short time ago. Congrats!

Confuse

Hi. I'm confused. Are MT sites connected to betit sites? As a relatively newbe it's hard to know who's connected to who. Is there anywhere that lists all casino providers and the casinos attached to them?

For example, if SE from MT, should you be excluded from betit?

Thanks in adavance for some clarity

Yes, GiG (owner of MT SecureTrade Ltd) bought Betit Operations a few months ago. Hence, a SE from MT casinos will exclude you from Betit casinos as well.

Casinos owned and under their license are Guts, Betspin, Rizk, HighRoller, Thrills, SuperLenny, Kaboo. Plus there are about a dozen White Labels running on the MT SecureTrade license that they do not own such as Dunder, CasinoPop etc.

UK licenses and casinos under MT SecureTrade can be found here:
