So Trada Casino locked me out of my account after i made a request for withdrawal so i cant even login until i provide my driver's license.
I was concerned about identity theft sending via email so i blanked out my picture and license number. Sent it to them and they tell me i cant blank out my picture.
So i send another email this time with only the driver's license number blanked out.
They want my full driver's license including the number so that wont work either.
Has anyone sent their driver's license to Trada? Also isn't there a different way i can send them that information? I really dont feel comfortable having that in an email.
Instead of locking out my account they should have let me able to login and then upload my documents.
Casinos should stop asking for that information during withdrawal and ask right from the start....why the hell is it so easy to say yes we'll take your money even if you dont provide proof of age but if you want money
back we're going to make it hard on you.
