It looks like the fun is over, and these buggers follow my YT channel closely!

Remember me using Twin Spin to convert their bonuses? It was pulled as an eligible slot just afterwards (Nicola may recall this).

Seems like in response to my recent successes on their sites they have summarily banned Bonanza and DHV from bonus wagering. This hasn't (as I write this) been added to their bonus terms yet but several of my YT subs have reported today they've not been able to play them with the bonus side of their funds, only cash.

Just FYI peeps!

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
Well Dun Dunover  - :p

Yes I recall the Twin Spin scenario too!

Shame as we knew this was coming, just hoping it wasn't just yet. As previously mentioned Caddell see 90% of my weekly budget these days, sadly this will have to be re-visited if this new T&C turns out to be the case.

There are two scenarios at Caddell when it comes to restricted games.

i) The bonus funds don't show at all when loading the game up (couple of current examples, Untamed Giant Panda (MG) and Egg o Matic (Netent))

ii) The full balance shows but wagers only count 50%, 20% etc (Dead or Alive for the latter as one example)

From a player retention point of view, I'd have opted for (ii) but when do casinos ever do what we want

Cheers for the heads up

This only hurts the casino. These slots are a huge money makers and draw in the crowd. Anytime people ask me about casinos I promote, the first question I get "do they offer btg". I can still say yes but now I have to say they are bonus banned! it will deter players.

Tt may have something to do with a streamer cashing out $10,000 euro the other day because he took one of their bonuses and played pretty much BTG on it and made 35k wager. And your videos too.

None of that matters, they are slots designed for everyone to lose at over time so again, only hurting themselves.

Is it possible they can limit games that contribute to wagering per affiliate? Seems BTG slots are still contributing 100% to wagering when I tried this afternoon.

EDIT: My colleague had this come through a few hours ago from a senior affiliate manager at Caddell "All Big Time Gaming games allow bonus play and we have no plans to exclude them."

There is no doubt that Caddell are being hammered by new users taking full advantage of the 100% or 200% match bonuses. I deposited £1000 and took a £2000 bonus during JGSlots 24hr stream a few weeks back because where else can you high roll BTG with £2k free! High risk but also high reward for them.

A petty move by Caddell. What Jono suggested (the reduced wager contribution) would be a better compromise.

OR impose a max bet (like £5 per spin) or max cashout (like 10k)

Billy B is also right. This move will only serve to drive players away from Caddell to a site that WILL allow BTG play on bonus funds.
BTG is now a MAJOR rising star in the online slotting world. Making a potential customer go elsewhere to play games that are hugely popular, but also hugely volatile, seems like a self-defeating measure.

Tbh, I am not a fan of casinos who make moves that say to the player "Even though we get our guaranteed 4% house edge in the long run, we STILL don't like it when you win using our "free money" ".

PS I blame Mr. D for all of this. I mean if you want to give a casino group the needle (and force them into pulling anti-player dickmoves like this), then titling videos "Bank of BTG Part 47" is a bloody good way to do it. :notworthy

So yeah, well done Mr. D for that. And thanks for spoiling all our future fun, ya feckin big (and now loaded) showoff :p

Nope, I am presently speaking to several SUBs on YT and they are all singing from the same hymn sheet about this - the bonus funds aren't available on BGT slots. It's not as if the affy manger would know shit anyway, it's a management decision obviously, enacted fast. I have removed all the Caddell links from under any BTG videos I have done recently.

Why, with overall figures like this (below) would they specifically target MY players with BTG bonus-bans?

Anyway, my latest video is done now

"FUCK ME! CADDELL 200% BONUS - FREE MONEY YOU CANNOT LOSE!"

It could be a bug in the backend, as when SkyVegas first introduced Bonanza it wouldn't load bonus funds, and it took them about a week to fix.

I would think they are loving all the publicity, it's hardly a loophole is it, 90% of those bonuses and deposits will be quickly burnt in the fires of the Gates Of Hell...

OK, OK - there was a TECHNICAL issue, some of my subs have been answered by CS at various casinos and BTG should be OK with bonus funds now, some players have been credited with 100 or 50 goodwill bonuses with 35x wagering too apparently!

Resolved....
