I would like to share my experience of playing in accredited casinos listed here vs ones that are licensed but not accredited.

Any accredited casino I have ever played from the list has lived up to some sort of average to above standards.

#1. Friendly and helpful support with knowledge about their casino in regards to bonuses, payment methods, games and their license.

#2. Helpful reps that answer in a fairly timely manner

#3. Documents processed in a timely manner. Some in an exceptional manner where they will do it right on chat with you.

#4. Cashouts processed in a timely manner.

#5. No mind games or stalling tactics.

Any non accredited casino I have played at. That is still UKGC licensed or has a license from a fairly reliable company.

#1. Average friendliness. Average knowledge from front line support. Some do not understand english very well which can result in a very annoying conversation

#2. Glitchy software, slow games. Bonuses balance not being updated properly

#3. Shady tactics. Stalling. Requesting unnecessary documents. Take an unnecessary amount of time to review documents.

#4. Delayed payments. Especially the first one. Between documents and processing this can take 2 weeks with some of the casinos. Which to me is a stalling tactic because some from the accredited list have processed me as a new player in a number of hours.

#5. More shady practices.

As soon as I veered away from any accredited casinos is when I ran into problems. From poorly educated support. To unnecessary requests. Issues with bonus balance updates. Stalling and just a whole pile of other tactics.

Is it worth it to veer? To me, I sometimes I have to being a streamer as I need to take bonuses when the cash funds are low and I want to stream and get some playtime. So those 200% help me to get some stream time in and have some fun. Aside from this reason, I dont think I would ever veer from the accredited list aside from caddel casinos because even though they are super strict and a tad annoying. They have a great game library, UKGC licensed and pay. So I do feel safe.

I recently decided to play in a non accredited casino with a malta license. I ran into all sorts of problems like I have explained above. Will I get paid? Probably because when I do veer off I still do my research and make sure people do get paid.

In all, I find if you wander outside the accredited list, thats when you run into lower levels of professionalism.

Great job casinomeister

For me, the thing that separates accredited/ non accredited casinos is the whole verification process. The stalling tactics used by some casinos is breathtaking. I've given up on a few withdrawals over the years because of this very obvious yet unavoidable tactic

I think good CS is paramount, and for the most part all the casinos listed on CM have that, and that includes personalized email correspondence as opposed to cliched copy & paste responses :cool:

There are still some accredited casinos who have laggy games, stall payments, bad CS staff, slow payments or reps who hardly ever visit the site (once they're accredited)

And some very good non-accredited casinos

Being accredited via the BBF process is voluntary, by the casino.
There are some casinos who obviously don't feel the need to apply for accreditation.

Aint that the truth!
