Triggered a small(180) jackpot on Willhill, sadly not the million pound! But I had bonus active at time and it paid it as bonus money.

I thought if you won a jackpot it does not count as bonus money. I asked on live chat but I had finished wagering before they answered and didn't have a clue so gave up

But anyway know if this is normal?

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!

Isn't this dependent on the kind of jackpot? Certain games have in slot jackpots rather than casino wide ones. As an example, Wishing you Fortune by WMS has jackpots but they are in slot ones so are not classified as proper jackpots so to speak.

Was it a fixed jackpot? Like the Divine Fortune minor jackpot is fixed, and would most likely be paid as bonus money. Either way, if you do manage to win a 5 mill jackpot while on bonus, wagering shouldn't be much of an issue.

Depends if it was progressive, fixed or an in game JP like(the new Zeus slot). It also depends what casino it was won at afik if you win the big jackpots on a bonus at Hills it is fine(I asked when they had umpteen jackpot king slot promos on).

It's also ok at the download mg casinos I've been playing Mega moolah etc on those for years with bonus money(providing it was part cash and part bonus).

Always check with the casino before playing jackpot slots with bonus money and also it's best to only do it if you have put in a few deposits first(so they can't feed you the you've never deposited so you are capped spiel)

was a progressive im guessing as was 4/5 jackpots all totalling up as you play

providing you meet wagering without any play on table games/exceeding max bet you should be ok. If you ever win any progressives in the thousands though tell them right away as I think they have a waiver for it.

Edit: Why is the Mega-greek for million smaller than Major?! :D:what:

Mega is a unit prefix in metric systems of units denoting a factor of one million (106 or 1000000). It has the unit symbol M. It was confirmed for use in the International System of Units (SI) in 1960. Mega comes from the Greek μέγας megas, meaning "great".[1]
