Big up to Prospect Hall

I read a lot of complaints about bonus issues on here, so I thought I would post an account about my recent experiences at Prospect Hall, which have been nothing but positive.

I signed up last week, solely because I had some cash burning a hole in my Paypal account, and they were one of the small number of joints who take Paypal.

The generous multiple deposit bonuses on offer were too good to pass up, so I have so far availed myself of the 1st and 2nd deposit bonuses, deciding to flat-bet a single number straight-up on the Netent live roulette, to try to stay within the bonus terms. On several occasions I struck paydirt fairly early on, and because this casino keeps your deposit money separate from the bonus balance, was able to cancel my bonus and withdraw sizable (for me) sums both times. I didn't even take advantage of the 50 free spins on Starburst, that were offered.

I noticed in hindsight that I had actually gone over the max bet allowed for bonus play, which is stated in the t&cs as being a fiver, when I upped my bet from £5 to £10 for my final (winning) bet of the second session, and was a little apprehensive of that possibly being a problem with cashout. But I presume that because I had not actually dipped in to the bonus balance by then, it was deemed to be within their terms.

Payouts have been very quick and without quibble both times, once into Paypal and once back to my bank account, with a minimal amount of fuss identifying myself.

So there you have it, a big up from me to Prospect Hall.

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
Good to hear

Don't really see much about them, good or bad, but I signed up there and found their site pleasant enough.

One thing I'll never forget about this lot though, the time they sent out an email for 25 spins on Jack and the Beanstalk. Unremarkable one might say, except these were at £1 a spin

I thought that was a pretty great giveaway, don't see that often
