How the hell are these guys accredited, they jacked around with a $2100 w/d for 3 days between the 10th-12th with nonsense about my account, reversed the winnings 3 times back into my account, they then said it was right and processed my withdrawal on the 12th, today I get an email saying my w/d has been cancelled.......nothing but delays and games, no reason was given the account is all correct, I have had 3 w/d's from 2 other casinos on later dated and have since received the money.........I am pissed
 
Hey me_and_ed, I sent you a PM earlier today, I'm sorry for this because we want to make sure you get your winnings ASAP and we want happy players, just some more info for the community, the first request was cancelled because it didn't have the routing number and the second was returned by RBC, unfortunately we don't get details as to why it returned, but then you made a new request and we cancelled it because it would fail again, instead we asked our finance team to send it manually from our BoV account, just to make sure you get the funds this time. This has been sorted and I have recommended iDebit for new transactions which works very well and informed you that we will have a new PSP for bank wires very soon. I'd like to thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
 
Normally they paid after 2 or max. 3 days. Ok my last Payout there was ca. 2 years ago , but i had never had such Problems like you now.

It has definitely been processed, I was given a screenshots of the transaction this morning on PM, all I can do is wait at this point and give the benefit of doubt, I do not think this is a bad place, maybe just some older processes which appear to take a little longer, as stated in their earlier message that an e wallet like Instadebit would be easier and faster.
 
And still waiting, sea tortoise, maybe carrier pigeons then a drop off to the Pony Express...............F**K ME slowest wire transfer ever.
 
Another week and another returned transfer according to Casinoroom, this week I have received transfers from VS, Energy and Playnow, something is seriously up here and the timeline is bordering absurd, almost 1 month to receive a measly 2.5k, may be time to PAB.
 
You have been extremely patient and we sincerely appreciate this, everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong in this case despite our efforts and that makes us look bad but please bear with me for just a while, I'll make up for it as soon as you get the wire, today we sent an urgent transfer (receipt sent). Our PSP is getting returns from RBC, that just started to happen and it seems quite arbitrary as it's just some accounts affected, but I'm getting a backup PSP and Citadel in place, this will improve the process overall.

Things finally straight, it was a journey but received my money today, future withdrawals will be processed in the same manner, thanks to Daria and Omar who worked through this with me.
