I don't like doing this (adding a forward) because it feels like I am treating people like children but I think I may be misconstrued if I don't...
I'm not trying to "terrorize" Video Slots. I'm not a disgruntled player raging after a loss and so forth. (I would be more than happy to openly share my win/loss amount; I have before.)
I mean this as constructive feedback for the casino. More often than not, the most constructive feedback is about the negative things the casino can fix. If we never talk about the negative stuff then what hope is there to get this stuff fixed?
In regards to criticism; as long as it is kindly put and true, then it should be allowed. Correct me if I'm wrong. :)

There are issues at Video Slots that they have not addressed since day 1 and one of them is the crummy support staff.
I find them almost always to be illogical, not knowledgeable about the casino, and not very good at communicating in English. I think the problem is a combination of all three.
Here's one example that happened to me just then:
I noticed I could not do the freeroll and a popup told me I must deposit at least 20 Euro and wager a total of 500 Euro to qualify.
Since I play in AUD I was wondering how that applies to me? Could I deposit 20 AUD and wager 500 AUD to qualify? Or would I have to deposit the equivalent to 20 Euros, which would be about 30 AUD?
I think most of the people here would be able to understand what I am asking but this question was enough to stump the support at Video Slots. I had to pretty much spell it out before they could understand.

I don't have this problem at other casinos like 32Red. When I played there, issues with communication rarely, if ever happened. But at VS it seems to happens almost every time I talk to their support staff.
I've started to grind my teeth every time I open up their chat window...

Hi Petro,

I will forward your feedback regarding our support to our Head of Support.

I would like to explain how the requirements for our Battle of Slots freeroll works for all our players that are using a currency that is not Euro.

Everything on Battle of Slots is played in Euro and we convert all currencies to Euro with the current exchange rate at that moment. This means the requirements right now for joining the Battles for a player with AUD would be 29.8 AUD deposit and 746.5 AUD wager within 14 days. We have received the feedback several times here on the forums that this is not the optimal way to do it and our system cant handle right now that we can set the requirements per currency.

We do agree with everyone and that is why we changed the requirement on how many days from 7 to 14 days.

Please feel free to contact me at any time if you have any questions and I will do my best to help you out.
