Bad experience with bonuses at Inetbet

Thursday the 14th of september I made 3 deposits with Inetbet using their slots bonuses. I was getting promotional mails from them stating their great bonuses.
I got lucky (after 3 deposits all with bonus) and made a withdrawal (330€). I have made withdrawals before (back in may 2017) all paid with about 24 hours.

After 24 hours my withdrawal was still pending and reversible. So I contacted support to ask about the withdrawal. Support told me they had no idea why it was taking longer so I had to wait.
After 48 hours I contacted them again. Too many queries I was told, so wait a bit longer. A few minutes after that I received this e-mail from their support:

--------------------------
I have been asked to inform you that our accounts department have flagged your account for possible exclusion from future promotions.

You continually availed of bonus's that we send out to reward our regular players, but you do not play unless it is bonus advantage play.

I must therefore confirm that unless we see a change in your pattern of play i.e. bonus free playing, we will be denying any future bonus's that you try to redeem.

This is not an action that we take lightly, however continual misuse of the bonus program seriously effects our ability to reward our regular players.

Please note, no exclusion is yet in place, this is simply a friendly heads up.

-------------------
I was very surprised by this e-mail. In 10 years of gambling with maybe 80% of all accredited casino's here, I have never received such a message from any casino. But I decided to check my deposits in 2017. In total I have made 40 deposits 22 with a bonus and 18 deposits without a bonus, my bets are allways in the 0,50 to 1,00 a spin.
So how is that bonus free playing and a continual misuse of the bonus program? When I look at my account now all bonus coupons are gone, so yes the exclusion IS in place.
So I sent them a friendly reply via e-mail on why my account is flagged, but never received any response whatsoever to that e-mail.

Monday 18th of september my withdrawal was still pending/reversible (under review). The amount was won on a 40% all games bonus, so all games are allowed under that bonus. I played 3 allowed slots and all bets were under 1€. Support told me they would send my username to the payments team for prompt payment.

I contacted the casino again today (Tuesday 19/9) and I was told the same old message. We have a lot of withdrawals at the moment, you will have to wait. I have asked them numerous times if there was a particular reason why payment is not handled but was not given any, only reason I get is 'we have a lot of withdrawals'. So after 5 days and almost 120 hours my withdrawal is still pending and reversible .

I contacted the rep of the casino here yesterday, have not heard anything there either. I would expect this from a dodgy casino somewhere in the rogue pit but not from a longtime accredited casino.
No idea what do now only to just wait in frustration.

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
The only reason and the only time they do things like that is when you win using a bonus.
...and that email I've seen many members recieve earlier so it's not new.

Whatever you do don't reverse. Don't give them that!

That's the normal crap Inetbet does. Win using a bonus and get notified or bonus banned then and there.

Too bad, I used to play regularly there, but their views about bonuses are so ridiculous it's an easy choice to gamble elsewhere.

I have had that EXACT email before from Inetbet. . It stung me, too.

I now take a bonus only after every two bonus-free deposits. It seems to keep them happy.

I play there as they have stepped-up their communication (live chat). And have made an effort in their attitude towards players. ( One or two of the CS peeps, were very curt and rude before).

The question begs why these casinos offer bonuses in the first place. If you don't want them abused, don't offer them else shut the f-ck up about it surely?

Tweaked the thread title a bit to be more specific. Original title was "Bad experience with Inetbet".

I believe his main problem was the slow payout, and not the bonusban, so was the tweak correct? Just wondering :)

They usually reluctantly pay in these circumstances.
Inetbet are at the bottom of my RTG list because they are very anti-bonus and I don't take bonuses there because of it.

Hi Maxd,

For me it was a bad experience on more than just the bonus.
I have had no response to an e-mail where I asked for more clarification on the bonus ban and my withdrawal is still pending and reversible after almost 6 days.
If I have done something wrong or they have another particular reason for doing this and they just tell me that,I would understand and have a better experience overall.
Or maybe I am just spoiled by most other accredited casino's that pay with minutes or hours.

@ gokkie : Hello, as you know I handle the Casinomeister complaints service called Player Arbitration (aka PAB).

I recommend you file a PAB and let us look into this for you. As ever, please read the PAB FAQ thoroughly. You'll recall that submitting a PAB is free to all but we do ask that you know and respect our procedures.

Let me know if you have any questions. You can contact me via email at max.drayman@casinomeister.com or here on the forums by Private Message (Link Outdated / Removed).

Regards,
Max, Complaints (PAB) Manager, Casinomeister.com

Its about balance. If we made our bonuses so that no-one could possibly abuse them it would also make them unplayable for the players who don't.

So if someone always use a bonus when they play are they bonus abusers?

It seems like doing that is fine until you happen to win, because all I've seen who have recieved that email have won.
Or don't you check them until they win maybe?

What I find strange, is that the message/mail says:

If this is just a friendly heads up, then why are all bonuses gone when I log into my account??
Also when is bonus abuse bonus abuse? Please define bonus free playing.
All very unclear to me. I guess the casinos has its rules for flaggin accounts.

Why would I want to play at a casino that accuses me of continual misuse of bonuses when to my knowledge I have done absolutely nothing wrong, then ignores my e-mail where I kindly as what I have done wrong and on top of that wait 6 days to process my withdrawal.

They make their decisions and I can make my own decision to just not play there anymore.

Yeah no kidding. I dont even know why they cry about it. Some people make the wager some dont. Some hit really big early and end up losing to wager which works out for the casino.

It just greed. Some casinos think you should never cash out and if you do something must be done about it.

I don't see any problem with casinos bonusbanning players as long as they pay. The vast majority of bonuses are still EV+ so the casinos would have tons of players that would be unprofitable if they didn't bonusban them. Alternatively they would have next to zero offers or go the zero-risk route as many seem to do.

And actually Inetbet has quite good deposit offers so I understand their quite "aggressive" approach.

There are many casinos that don't have ongoing deposit match bonuses (Videoslots the most prominent of them) but reward their players differently.

I rather play at those casinos than this one that stops the "reward" as soon as it becomes unprofitable for them.

Well at VS you are never even close to being EV+ so its not really comparable. And doubt that Inetbet bonusbans players that play regularly and occasionally takes a deposit bonus even if the player would be in profit from those bonuses.

It is comparable. It is like VS saying I am going to stop giving you casback and race money cause you're getting too much of it.

The point is that you should not offer deposit match bonuses if you're not prepared to take the hit.
