I had 3 rounds where i could not see cards or play game att the end .. with stakes 150 € , 1100€ and 775€

App frozed.

Should i get money back ?

Cs sayed : every result is knowed. But it isnt in three card poker. I call it and pay another stake..

It says: betsson app do not respond. If i have waited allready 1 minute it is same what i do. Game has goed allready.

Before this game worked fine. In mobile site also it is very slow. And i checked my connection in mobile. Download 50 Mbbs and Download 5 Mbbs

I had a problem like this last night on 32red. Report it to support and they can cross check with Evolution to see what the fault was. I'm still waiting on a resolution but it can take time apparently.

Yes. It will go to cross check now.

In my case i dont know was it the app or evolution connection. But something crashed app 3 times and i losed money without see or call nothing.. Same that i would put 2k in my trashcan

It happened me 4 times. Total lost from those was 2625€.

And of course Evolution response: player auto-folded we dint have any problems..........

But just my account manager from Betsson informed me that, 2625€ have been comed back to my account.

Yay, I'm glad you had a resolution!

They checked my hands and i got 19's against a dealer 20 twice so basic strategy would have meant i would have lost if i played anyway. Ah well. I'm glad they were open to helping if the basic strategy would have failed.
