After some maintenance downtime, there is a catastrophic failure on Netent games - 0% RTP you cannot win!

Disconnects on all software before a winning spin, but on reloading say WMS and MG will give you the win back - NOT Netent! BEWARE! :mad:

For some reason my last withdrawal has been pending for coming up to 12 hours too, but I'm more worried about this video! Have reported it to rep.

We had some scheduled downtime earlier while we upgrade our wallet (this will allow us to offer bonuses that don't lock real funds etc in the future).

We have just gone live again in the last hour but as you can see the games are still acting up. Your withdrawal is still pending because I don't want to process anything while the system is being upgraded, in case of any errors.

I haven't received any PM from you but please do contact direct, or maybe on live chat, if you have any questions or issues. Looks like we will take the site down again until we get the outstanding upgrades sorted.

Hi Dunover,

It seems the issue you're having with the game cutting off when you get a win is wallet related. As I said in my previous post, we have upgraded our wallet systems this morning, so I am assuming that an problem in the connection between WMS and updating the wallet in real-time is the reason you are getting this error. We are working on it.

Please do report these issues to the team via live chat if you can - it will help us get the site up back to normal much faster. If I had not seen this post it might have been missed.

Thanks - I was literally typing out my message when I saw your near-instant reply, but it's pointless now if you've seen the video. :thumbsup:

Live Chat is always a last resort for me as invariably they stick to the 'clear your cache etc.' script and know nothing about games and servers so I was in the middle of going straight to you on here when you replied!

Urgent! After your maintenance there is a serious issue with the games resulting in reloads and an impossibility to win on Netent as they won't reload the winning spin you just ordered via the RNG/sever. You must take them down ASAP as this is seriously prejudicing player deposits, indeed I have made a few without realizing immediately I.....................

Unfortunately this issue is seriously bad in relation to Netent as unlike WMS/MG they obviously give you a fresh result upon reloading on uncompleted spins in the base game so while this issue persisted nobody could possible win on Netent unless the spin eventually completed before it disconnected. The video doesn't lie...:cool:

Yes, thanks it's only fair. Good job I did notice this or you may have accrued a large amount of refunds owing and somebody may have reported this matter regarding Netent. That's the why I play with your casino, I know you'll do the right thing, and I am glad it wasn't somebody else! :thumbsup:

On Jungle Spirit, it seems like a win was credited your account, or am I missing something?

When you opened up the game again, your balance was £19.80 (from £19.40).
 
Just watched the video and it appears all your wins were credited correctly after refreshing the game.

Netent and microgaming games have never had the ability to replay features or spins during a disconnection, only WMS will restart the round from the very beginning until it's fully completed. You can see your balance is adjusted after refreshing the game. The only times microgaming and netent will pause during a disconnection is if you activated a feature.

Check your logs to make sure, but im pretty sure this is just an annoying little bug which they'll soon correct.
 
Right, so it would appear it wasn't simply a refund of the incomplete spin?

Obviously this would be clear on MG/WMS as the win will appear upon reopening the game.

Edit - so that COULD have been 2 ways of Cobras 3 reels 2x, COULD have been 1 way of 3OAK Elephants for 2x but NOT the feature trigger which also pays 2x?

P.S. It seems the faults have been corrected, the Rhino pays wins without cutting out. I'll make the video private now but keep it for reference if Trada nee to see it again. Game now cuts out randomly instead of just on a winner!
