getting docs verified at spinit

does anybody play at spinit?
i have a 500£ withdrawal pending since early morning 31st august .. wake up same day and asked for docs so ive sent them.. now basicly im getting know-where with them.

also i have 560£ withdrawal at sloty sent docs today.. what are they like?

My last couple of withdrawals here have ranged from a couple of hours to three days. If you sent the docs to correct dept they can take a few days to be verified on top of the pending stage.

Delays are not as bad as they used to be within this group, but they still exist unfortunately.

If you think you may reverse your winnings, go to the responsible gambling section of the site and set a daily loss limit of "£1" and then immediately remove it. That will give you 7 day break without affecting pending withdrawals.

Both OK in my experience - you shouldn't need docs at Sloty if already KYCd at Spinit as they are same licensee/processor. But yes, usually minutes to hours when KYC'd, although for some inexplicable reason as Nicola said some can take over a day. The other site in the group is Casino Cruise, accredited here so maybe their rep could help you.

sloty verfied me in 5 hours.
no idea what spinit are doing its been nearly 4 days since they requested 1 of my docs to be amended.

i wont reverse. never do that/ i just play at different casino.

Can only speak from my time at the start of the year so may have changed but i found them to to be pretty woeful. They verified me after about 5 days...cool, make withdrawal....pending for 3 or so days...then came another request for verification? But i'm verified...so that took ages but they did pay. Hardly replied to emails as well when i asked why they wanted me to withdraw to debit card even though deposited with Skrill etc.

Not been back since, Unlikely to return.
