Hi you all,

I was playing at a rather new casino, bobscasino. Unfortunately they don't have MGA or British license. it! Good bonuses!!! Never had such good bonuses!! Wagering is only 3 times the bonuspunten! And every time you reach a new level you get more bonusmoney and spins!

I had won almost 8k wowie!!
So I decide to pay out. I went through verification process and gave them copy of passport, bank and utility bill.
There is a limit of 4K a day and 10k a week. I made two withdrawals of 2 k and i had it the day after already on bank!!!! Another big plus!!!

So I did another two cashouts of 4K total, immediately after midnight cause was afraid of gambling it again, but I saw they were still pending! That was a bummer, cause I know I will loose again if i cant payout. Already set 100 euro deposit limit for protection.

Hours later the 4 k was sent back on my account, and not pending anymore. I went to live chat and they told me I needs extra. Verification meaning a selfie with my drivers licence in my hand.
Really strange in my opinion. Unfortunately I didn't had it available for many hours.
You know what happend... I lost it all again... ofcourse I was very disappointed. I checked their terms, and it says verification upon payout and sometimes they could request a skype call.
But nothing about a selfie plus verification should be done before pay out.
Unfortunately they are not willing to give in. What do you think of the extra "security" verification thing, after already being verified ? ( and after I set a deposit limit) Do you think they should pay me the withdrawal money back because of this inappropriate verification method in breach with their terms?

Ps I can't find the relevant rep here, so can somebody do that for me and tell him about this Thx

They wont give you the withdrawals back that was your own fault to play it back :(
looks like more and more casinos are asking for selfies when big payouts are made.
but why were you in such a rush to play it back you just got 4k from them already. you could just deposit somewere else if you were so itchy to play :)
hell for 4k i give them a selfie of the hole family :D

I understand that, but they already verified and they are not acting according their terms. Verification is upon withdrawal and not again after another one. by a selfie. To put it back on your account instead of keep it pending is tempting you to play again in my opinion.
Very stupid of me... lost control. You are right about that.

Otherwise the casino is recommendable!

I know some casinos are using "verification process" as a stalling tactic, but I also know many casinos are asking "selfie photo" when they suspect the player has multi account at the casino or the player win huge with bonus money.

I don't know anything about the casino you played at, so I can't say it was a stalling tactic or a genuine verification process, but even if it was a stalling tactic, unfortunately you can't have your money back. The casino has an every right to ask the selfie photo, and it was your decision to play all the money in your account. You could stopped when your balance was down to 3k from 4k.

Anyway you got your first withdrawal of 4k. So my advice to you will be be happy with 4k win, and learn the lesson from here, as the Viking suggest, if you have to wait for withdrawal please go to another casino and play game with small betting until you get your withdrawal, the best will be don't play any gamble period until you get the money.

You are right. So stupid of me, but it sometimes anger me they impose their terms on you immediately when you breach them, but when they breach their own terms they will never acknowledge it immediately.

I think it's unfortunate money was played back, but I don't believe selfies are a big ask.

In fact it's downright simple, fast & effective considering everyone has a smartphone fused to their hand nowadays, and it's about as relevant & up-to-date verification as it gets, so I don't blame casinos employing this method- especially for larger amounts.

The temptation to play the money is there, and should somehow be locked, but a selfie is a small request. I'd be more annoyed how some casinos give players the runaround with extra utility bills, 'clearer' scans, notarized documents ect

exactly if you Google your own name few pictures most likely come up, so a small selfie wont harm :)

Hi! My point was they already verificated me with drivers license. bank statement and utility bill. They also paid after that. But when I wanted to withdraw more they suddenly wanted a selfie with my drivers license in my hand

Yes I know. My point was that being asked for a mere selfie is not as bad as being asked for additional utilty bills, documents et al

I know which option I prefer

speaking for myself doe's this mean i would have to buy a smart phone or would a picture from my 4M pixel camera suffice? remembering there is such a thing as photoshop!

Look even the most advanced photoshop users can not make fakes look soo realistic. Believe me. You can always tell a fake photo when you see one.

I saw a casino ask for a photo by the street sign :eek2:. Suspected of fraud or not, that was a bit much. I would stay away and find a nice casino. GL:thumbsup:.

Would it be better if they have to ask for notarized documents?
I think it's a smart and a cheap way and they wouldn't ask for it if they weren't pretty sure the person isn't who he say he is. I read what you read and obviously that guy chose to not get his winnings instead. That says it all.
