Just thought I would give the heads up for the UK players, they have had the Gambling Commission logo at the bottom of their
page for almost a year, but no United Kingdom in the drop down until a few days ago, accredited on here it seems :)
 
Apparently deposits are not working for UK players, not sure if anyone can confirm?

Nice selection of games and one of the casinos where you NEVER have to worry about withdrawal delays or bad customer service
 
Made a few smal deposits since Friday (UK MasterCard). Cashed out 650 last night and it was approved this morning.

No Microgaming though, at least none were working my end. Now I can't even see them there.
 
Just a heads up that the deposit limit feature didn't work for me at this casino. Despite setting the limit I was still able to deposit further (which i foolishly did) before I contacting support about it. My account is now banned and I haven't heard anything in 13 days so no idea if they have fixed this.

I’m not impressed by their customer service either . Still waiting to hear why Microgaming slots don’t work. I can see them but none of them loads up. Live chat keep telling me that they offer Microgaming I keep telling them that they don’t work .... sent an email regarding this - no reply whatsoever!

Wonder if anyone else from the UK can play Microgaming on their website?

Apart from this verification went really smooth and withdrawal was received pretty quick .

Forgot to add here -I think limits there reset at 00.00h. If you set up let’s daily deposit limit of 100 at 2300 And try to deposit again 100 at 0100am - it will let you do it.

Created account and share the problem you guys describe once logged in.

Great to have a new casino (especially after reading Nicola's posting regarding peace of mind) but going to hold off depositing until MGS are fully available.

I opened an account there last friday. There were no MGS games listed at all then.
Just logged in now to check, and there are still no MGS games listed

I can't get it to open the address you're using. It just automatically redirects me to the GB address

Exactly what I get ! Even played book of dead on mobile the other day , then reloaded and could not find the bloody game at all ! A separate .co.uk domain would have sort it out for them.

Not to mention that the ad displayed on the casinomeister website it’s wrong! UK players get 100% bonus up to 150GBP, not 50% up to 50. Definitely geo issue as mentioned above by another member.

Not impressed with these guys at all. I must have tried every day for 2 weeks, at many times of the day to speak to someone on live chat. Never online, despite saying it has live chat open during business hours.

Emails taking several days to be answered, and without my query actually even being answered.

If the casino cant get simple things like this right, id hate to think what the withdrawal process is like.

One to avoid imo.

Games working, lag, payout speed, provider availability for UK etc.

Getting really decent weekly e-mail offers through at moment but couldn't get the 'niggle' out my head regarding reading of teething problems etc (this is only thread I could locate)

Really need a low roller friendly set up right now (after my Caddell ban) but don't want to end up disappointed and frustrated.

(Ps: Tried SM and LL but they've too many of my faves missing CFTBL, JP etc)

Sadly I've only ever deposited with them....never had balance high enough to make a w/d!

I was verified within a day though but sadly there is no MG (i'm pretty sure i joined because i thought there was) - Netent/Play n go and despite the banner at the bottom saying MG, there is none (so, if you want a 4 reel WD, then forget it :rolleyes:) Ygg drasil works.

Games working all fine, I've not noticed any lag when playing (mainly play n go)
 
Haven't heard much from them since launch. Constant complaints from players who have to verify their credit/debit card before depositing (which takes 24-36 hours) sometimes.

I honestly expected more from Cherry especially with the number of games on offer to other European players.

I don't understand why that is such a cause for complaint. I'd rather wait that length of time before making a deposit if it means I get to avoid having to jump through hoops later if/when I make a cashout.
