First withdrawal and verification at Leo Vegas

Leovegas is the first casino I've joined in quite a while. I saw another Canadian member post (thanks Brian) that they accepted Interac, which is a great fee free deposit option for Canadians. I set appropriate deposit limits, as I can access my bank account directly that way, and I don't want or need the ability to go on tilt that way.

I was actually in cashout position on my third deposit, but failed to withdraw mostly down to not wanting to deal with verification, and either I couldn't find live chat or they were just offline briefly, they do offer 24/7 live chat.

Amy on live chat could not have been more helpful.

It's nearing midnight GMT, and it took a bit to get the right things together. Casino offers a secure upload, or I could have emailed them.

I sent the wrong passport scan initially, but I was permitted to upload the correct one without waiting for the wrong one to be rejected. (Same passport, just I paid for a scan and they did in in Black and White when I got my new passport last year).

A few questions back and forth as utilities are not in my name, but my internet PDF was acceptable for address verification, and a screenshot of my banking with balance worked out was all fine.

Came back to chat after uploading, forwarded to appropriate department and payment made in about 2 hours including my time to do things.

Paid and out of my casino balance.

I'll update further once payment is received, and especially to let my fellow Canucks know if my bank charges any wire fees or they use a processor that doesn't show as international wire and is fee free.

You are limited to 3 free withdrawals in 30 days, but it's a reasonable $3 for additional ones.

I left some to play with, as I usually want to play more than 5 spins when I deposit.

And it's not a big deal, but a very nice touch, Amy even added a few free spins for me. Mind you, you don't get your chat transcript, I may have to ask what game they are on if I bust, lol. This withdrawal does not put me ahead at the casino over the past 6 weeks or so, but a little something like that does make you feel valued.

Leo Vegas is reviewed at Casinomeister
That is nice to know since I am a Canadian as well.

I do want to try Leo Vegas out someday, but I don't want to use "Interac" or "Instadebit". I do have an Ecopayz account however... Would be great if Leo Vegas had support for this!

I also have an issue with trying to find slot games that I like. While I can use the search feature to find games, I'd like a way to sort the list by "provider" since I don't enjoy using the search all of the time.

If those two issues are fixed... I will give the casino a go since the selection of games is good even if we can't play BTG games. :/

While I'm pleased to report that payment was received early Tuesday morning, I'm not as thrilled that I received $694.52 as incoming payment ($700 withdrawal), and that my bank charged a $14 handling fee for the wire.

Certainly makes it unattractive for more modest withdrawals.

Thank you for sharing that. I will stick with Video Slots and other casinos that don't charge fees.

I always got $25 less from my withdrawals at Leo Vegas and yes, for my usually more modest withdrawals it's an issue.
