CasinoMax - Ludicrous Deposit Fees

Hi Guys,

Just a heads up to those deciding on playing at CasinoMax. Your credit card might be hit with a 'deposit' charge that can amount to up to 10% of your deposit.

To put this into perspective, I deposited $200 and was slapped with a $16 fee for that deposit. Another $175 deposit got a $15 fee added on top. After depositing a total of $575, my card was charged an extra $48,50.

Look - the rep was great and added those charges back into my account. But this is a heads up for those of you deciding to make bigger credit card deposits! As they have no e-wallets, Credit Card is sadly the only option.

Haven't had this problem, there is a bank fee,, But not nearly that much..which is 1.5 percent..Glad to hear they took care of it for you:thumbsup:

Hi Nate and All,

Unfortunately some of the processing companies are using foreign banks, therefore there may be currency conversion involved. I can confirm that this affect minority of the customers at the moment.

I'm really sorry you were one of them Nate. We are trying to improve this process and add new payment options too.

If anyone thinks they have been overcharged or there is something wrong with the transactions please PM me asap and I'll look into it.

But you guys should have had this rounded up before you opened. In your haste to accept deposits, there is now a processor overcharging credit cards - even if those are 'conversion fees' it is not an ideal situation. I mean you don't even have e-wallets yet. So every payment needs to go back to wire / VISA. This means that over and above your pending period of 48 hours, there are other significant delays.

Honestly, you guys were aware of this and should have planned, but instead, money is always too important to make - irrelevant what experience you offer your customers.

Its like that with all Rtg. I got charged extra when I played on other sites. It is way too expensive now to play for us Cad.

Ya I dont know how you can open a site with no deposit or withdrawal options in place.

I appreciate your comments and I understand what you are saying. I would love to for all the processes to be as easy as it sounds but unfortunately sometimes it's not.

So far customers who had a pay out didn't experience any delays, opposite - they received the withdrawal in no more 2 business days.

We launched just over 3 weeks ago and there is a lot to iron out, which we are doing as we speak.

Then you also need to be honest to potential clients. Advertising that you have Neteller / Skrill and Ecopays when you only accept credit cards. I understand that the website could have been created that way already - but until such time that you have those options you shouldn't be having those options displayed - Its simply misleading.

Cheers Nate for the heads up. Most players like me dont deposit with casinos that dont absorb CC charges, currency conversion charges of approx 2% aside.

Look, I appreciate what you are telling me. I don't mean to sound like an as* but at the end of the day, IF you cannot prioritize misleading information on your website to be changed, then you have no intention to have it changed to begin with.

So much for getting it 'Changed ASAP'

Just credit card deposits makes me stay away from any casinos.

My rule is no E-wallets, no deposits, no playing so no bothering of even signing up as well. Even if their are no deposit freebies.

I hate CC period and will never expose it to any casino, no matter how trusting they can be.
