Hi chaps, not sure how to progress this issue - they don't seem to have a rep. I have been playing and losing (lost well over £1K):

xhttps://www.smashingcasino.com/

I did have a win (£800) and went through the submission of ID process, they were very slow and I needed to keep on their backs, I eventually got confirmation:

"According to the terms and conditions of the casino, the sum of £500 will be transferred to you according to the means of withdrawal you have chosen. The remaining balance will be canceled by the financial department."

They've kept £300 quoting the small print t&cs.

Is this normal I've never come across it before ?

Have a good day - Roger

You from the U.K and play casino like this?

You are not even new and already filed a few PAB so you should know how things work, but I am not here to give you a dig as you have probably already gave yourself one :)

Casino can make up what they want especially when they are bent. I took a small look at the rules and I see a cap on free no deposit of 100 but you had to depo 50 for feck sake to even attempt a withdraw

They are with the affiliate AffPower which there casino's was found to be using bent software

You can find abit more here https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...ms-unfairly-confiscating-player-balances.html

Also be carfull as they have a few casino in there group

What T&C are they quoting?

nAff Power affliate program

The Best of Both Worlds
The hybrid commission model is a cross between CPA and Revenue Share and enables casino affiliates to get an upfront payment without giving up long term profits. Hybrid deals are highly flexible, combining the best of both worlds and are often used by affiliates working on SEO, newsletter campaigns and high quality databases as well as media campaigns that require a constant revenue stream to fund the campaigns. Affiliates interested in Hybrid deals are advised to contact their affiliate manager after joining our network in order to negotiate the best hybrid deal.

SEO we all know what they do to get to the top of searches.
news letter campains spam emails
and high quality databases yes stolen from dodgy ex casino employee's
as well as media campaigns Yes the bull shit story's we here on facebook and the rest.

What made me laugh was the High Quality database :) what do this companies have a rating of how good a database is now days

Edit:::

From nAff Power

We are proud to introduce our new brand ‘SmashingCasino’. Our first £ (GBP) dedicated brand where you can forward all your targeted traffic. Take advantage of this new stunning website and be between the first to promote it.

So now accepting U.K £ and accepting U.K players without a licence. There would be no other reason to accept £ unless it was to target U.K players and as I stated that the OP is not new and most likely got fooled by seeing the £ sign

OP - did you place a £100 deposit limit as they limit w/d's to 5x that amount? You've unfortunately been scammed by a fraud site. They can and will summarily decide what they want to pay you as and when. Nothing I can see about bonus limits for cash-outs.

OK, another definite Affpower rogue, same bad terms, etc. as the ones I posted in the TimesSquare thread which are in the pit now.

13.5 . Should you place deposit limits on your account, any withdrawal request will be limited to five (5) times the deposit limit, and not exceed ‎£5,000 per thirty (30) day period. Any requests exceeding this amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to your Account balance. You may then place a new withdrawal request in-line with this limit.
13.6 If a player's accumulated deposit amount does not exceed ‎£200, player will be entitled only up to X10 last deposit. This maximum payout will be enforced also in cases where the player made additional deposits which were deemed at the sole discretion of the Casino to have been made in order to exceed the ‎£200 accumulated deposit amount.
13.7 . We maintain a target of five (5) working days for the processing of payouts but may not be held liable for a specific period of time in this regard.
13.8 . We reserve the right to decline a withdrawal request if verification has not been completed in full. This verification includes verification of your identity, age and location, and phone number. Verification may include requesting a copy of your identification document, utility bill, etc. In addition, we further reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to demand a notarized ID or any equivalent certified ID according to the applicable law of your jurisdiction.

AVOID Smashing Casino - another 100% ROGUE SITE!

Confirm no UKGC license, able to sign-up from the UK:

Sorry, but your money is safely ensconced to Israel now and these fraudsters won't respond or cooperate in the PAB process. Run a mile and be glad if you DO get the £500....

Those 2 terms alone should make any gambler run a mile - what a crock of SHITE! :eek2:

The only thing more shocking, is that a long-time member here at CM actually signed-up and deposited there...

The casino is committing fraud and tax evasion.....you should report it to action fraud

is there anyway to get it closed down?

My thoughts exactly Ricky and I have told them that I think their t&cs are fraudulent ... of course it has had no effect and I can only blame myself for wandering in their direction, let's just hope other people will come across the warnings on this site ... though sadly not everyone reads them ... (he says whilst blushing) !

I have a few questions. What went through your mind when you signed up?

Four things that players are looking for when signing up to a casino:
  • Its reputation (if it's being promoted by a trustworthy source.
  • Its software.
  • The speed of its payouts
  • Licensing jurisdiction

I see nothing there that gives me a warm fizzy feeling.

Did you not check out the site? Google its name? Check out its license (1668/jaz is pretty easy to search). You aren't a newbie, and this is a pretty bad newbie mistake.

What were you thinking? What trustworthy source referred you to this clip-shot joint?

You forgot one thing Bryan, and that is probably the main factor for many players.

- Welcome Bonus: 300% up to $1,000

It's easy to get duped, when starting out you just assume all casinos are legit, and that they would all pay out without question.

I was the same although I'd start with the casinos I'd heard of and work my way outwards....and at the very least sign up to get free spin offers or no deposit bonuses. Licensing jurisdictions, rogue terms, hacked software....I had never heard of any of that until I came here.

Throw in stupendous bonuses upward of 200% and that's all she wrote. Of course in hindsight I wish I'd not been so eager, and am actually relieved to have never 'won' at any of these clipjoints, not to mention flaunting my personal details :cool:

Were you not aware of this excellent tool to add to your browser?

It'll tell you if the casino you are perusing is shite or not.

Review update

I just wanted to mention that we have updated the Smashing Casino Rogue Casino Review to include Webzcas' video which details their ownership, their business connections, and further proof that they are taking bets from the UK without a UKGC license.
