Being somewhat new to the whole online gambling scene I recently found out, after asking on CM, what withdrawal flushing actually was and I thought great, no more stressful weekends being tempted to reverse some winnings. All went swimmingly when I asked TradaCasino to this, "yes, no problem at all" was their cheery reply, this is easy I thought to myself and then......
I finally had a decent (for me) win at 32Red about an hour ago, "I will withdraw that", I thought, " but oh dear it is Friday and I will be biting my nails not to reverse it before Monday!". I must add my will power has the breaking strain of a kitkat. "I will ask the lovely people at 32Red to flush my withdrawal, problem solved". Nope.
After speaking to chat not only do 32Red insist that a withdrawal request remain reversible for a minimum of 24 hours before it will be processed but they will not flush it. And the fact that today is Friday means that it will be sitting being available for reversal all weekend until Monday afternoon. So it wont actually be 24 hours it will be at least 72 hours and they don't do flushing, WTF? According to chat they work alongside banking hours. Ok, what that heck has that have to do with anything? I am not asking for my money any quicker I simply don't want to be able to reverse it!
I have now very quickly gone off 32Red, who have been a favorite of mine for a little while now. How can an operator as big as this be so far behind many other operators on such a trivial thing?
I understand all the reasons why they don't want to make it easy for us and hope that you reverse your withdrawal and spunk the whole lot back in again but it really is not very customer friendly is it?
