Withdrawal Flushing, why, oh why, oh why!

Being somewhat new to the whole online gambling scene I recently found out, after asking on CM, what withdrawal flushing actually was and I thought great, no more stressful weekends being tempted to reverse some winnings. All went swimmingly when I asked TradaCasino to this, "yes, no problem at all" was their cheery reply, this is easy I thought to myself and then......

I finally had a decent (for me) win at 32Red about an hour ago, "I will withdraw that", I thought, " but oh dear it is Friday and I will be biting my nails not to reverse it before Monday!". I must add my will power has the breaking strain of a kitkat. "I will ask the lovely people at 32Red to flush my withdrawal, problem solved". Nope.

After speaking to chat not only do 32Red insist that a withdrawal request remain reversible for a minimum of 24 hours before it will be processed but they will not flush it. And the fact that today is Friday means that it will be sitting being available for reversal all weekend until Monday afternoon. So it wont actually be 24 hours it will be at least 72 hours and they don't do flushing, WTF? According to chat they work alongside banking hours. Ok, what that heck has that have to do with anything? I am not asking for my money any quicker I simply don't want to be able to reverse it!

I have now very quickly gone off 32Red, who have been a favorite of mine for a little while now. How can an operator as big as this be so far behind many other operators on such a trivial thing?

I understand all the reasons why they don't want to make it easy for us and hope that you reverse your withdrawal and spunk the whole lot back in again but it really is not very customer friendly is it?

This will change soon since they have been bought up by Kinder group. Until then though I suggest you don't play there or anywhere if you don't think you can handle the waiting time.
What you can do though is to TAB, take a break. That mean that your account will be closed for 24 or 48 hours. It maybe will help you for now at least.

You've picked probably the worst day for processing as you said, and it's no secret that 32Red's decision to abandon flushing and not do weekend withdrawals is what caused somewhat of a fuss around these parts

Still a good outfit and trustworthy but marred by their regressive, customer- unfriendly stance in recent years.....and definitely falling begind many other, more modern outfits

Yeah, I will simply not play there. I don't usually mind the wait when I am busy as I don't get tempted to go back and play but when I am at a loose end, like this weekend, I get bored very easily and then it is nail biting for me to resist temptation! :D

I would be happier if i could just square it away but now I know it is not currently their policy I can simply choose not to play there and use one of the many other credible casino's on my list that do allow flushing, I know I will get the money so it is no biggy.

If the UKGC had ANY balls, and wanted to protect players, they would ban withdrawal reversals in a heartbeat....
They make Autoplay difficult, but not reversals?

That 100 spins rule has saved me many a time from going over the edge and becoming a full-blown degenerate, thankyou very much! :eek2:

I'm not saying that player protection is a bad thing - although they did go about it in a stupid way. But they have a very warped view of player protection - to me, withdrawal reversals are as bad, if not worse, than the autoplay issue.

Will anything change though???

When 32Red bought Roxy Palace, everyone thought they'd be brought into line with 32Red, re T&C, wagering, promotions etc.

But there were no apparent changes.

plus, Kindred group finalised the 32Red deal 5 weeks ago, and nothing has changed

I have asked and if I get any answer I'll tell you, but I doubt they can do all changes that fast. It really depends on what the new owners want to do.

Dont bother playing at 32red when you can play elsewhere like Video slots, Trada, Royal Panda who process within hours. Video slots usually within minutes. And they are a number of casino who do instant withdraws (depending on deposit method of course)

Yes 32red decent outfit, you will always get paid. They have a great Rep here Mark, who does a top notch job. But crap withdraw times ... and very very limited gaming selection and the viper client is a pile of junk these days.

I still give 32red the odd deposit through the year but they get no sustained play from me. Reverse periods should be banned, and a casino closing its financial door at the weekend ? biggest BS excuse I have heard. But its a subject been done to death here. Try not reverse .... thats what 32red are hoping for that you play every penny back and then some more ... lock down the account with a take a break as said earlier. Then enjoy your winnings when they arrive.

I agree and I have taken a TAB for 1 week, plenty of time for the money to hit my account. Doubt I will actually bother going back to them though as you have pointed plenty of other more customer friendly operations about.

i agree not to play on 32red when you can play on many trusted casinos who pay out the same day and some almost instantly! if or when 32red change their withdrawal structure i certainly wont play there, hopefully they change it and they should get alot of customers back..... coz theres no doubt theyve lost alot because of this withdrawing slow time issue
