Tonight I've had to do something I really don't like to do. That is email my discontent to a casino as a loyal and frequent player after numerous issues not being dealt with.

I play every week at most at Spin and Win who bombard me daily with bonus offers. This is a great thing about this casino if you like promotions. The problem I keep raising with them is they are failing to automatically cancel failed wagers on bonuses when your balance hits 0 or below 10p on some bonuses. Upon attempting to manually cancel the system won't left you.

This is causing multiple problems. Tying your new deposits and bonuses down to existing failed bonuses that should no longer be active but are.

Same thing happened tonight. I logged in with a 0 balance and claimed £1.75 cash back. Lost that money and with a balance of 0 took a £3 no deposit bonus they offered. I played and won £43 and came out the game with a £45 balance. When to check my account and wagering required and only then noticed the old bonus from 3 weeks ago still active when it should not have been. I could not manually cancel and it also said if it was cancelled I lose £17 of my current balance which is total BS! I informed customer support of this who cancelled the bonus and also took my £43 winnings from my account from my current bonus I took today!

This is totally unjustified and not right!

I'm curious is anyone else experiencing similar problems with this casino?

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
I have started another thread about these spinandwin guys.
They bombard you with emails, and then when you win, take away your winnings :(

Massive problems, I have already emailed the CMA , Competition and Markets Authority.
They are investigating online casinos, that use unfair bonus terms.
You can drop them an email, aswell if you want.

'Unfair conditions'
The competition watchdog said many people found it hard to win the money they are expecting.
"Gambling inevitably involves taking a risk, but it shouldn't be a con," said Nisha Arora, the CMA's senior director for consumer enforcement.
"We've heard worrying complaints suggesting people may be lured into signing up for promotions with little chance of winning because of unfair and complex conditions."
Sarah Harrison, the chief executive of the Gambling Commission, which will work alongside the CMA on the inquiry, said: "Gambling, by its very nature, is always going to involve risk, but customers must have faith that if they win, they will not end up feeling that the deck is stacked against them because of an obscure condition that they did not properly understand."
The investigation could result in enforcement action against individual gaming sites, or prosecution in the courts.

Hard to challenge
Online gambling firms typically advertise welcome bonuses of up to several thousand pounds, or supposedly free bets.
But the small print may disqualify certain games, or require customers to spend large amounts of money before they qualify.

The CMA is also concerned that:
Consumers can find it difficult to withdraw their deposit when they want to stop playing
It is difficult to challenge any decisions made by the betting site
Complaints sometimes have to be made within 7 days
Betting sites can alter the odds without the knowledge of gamers
However, the Remote Gambling Association - which represents the industry - said there was no reason to believe there were widespread failings amongst its members.
It said it would be wrong to pre-judge the outcome of the CMA's inquiry.
