Hello! According to the rules of this community I must try to contact the representative of casino before writing a complaint. I've created an account in Play Fortuna casino Nov 12, 2021. I requested withdrawal Nov 23. The next day I was told by phone call that I couldn't make withdrawal and play games by Evolution provider until audit of my bets would be carry out by Evolution. I have to know how long time does it take to make such procedure. The support of casino does not give me any answer. One week has passed already. I will be forced to make a complaint if I don't get a clear explanation from your side. I'm ready to provide all the details about my person and my case right after your first response here.
 
I'd go ahead and submit a complaint. This casino rep hasn't logged in for almost three months and his email addy is bouncing. Just so you know.
