So I made a small bank withdrawal and it was still pending so I asked on live chat why, they said I must withdraw the £40 back to my bank card, the catch is a £5 fee. A whole bloody five pound, I stated before I had made bank transfer fine but he insists it goes back to my card.

1) How in the past did I withdraw back fine via my bank
2) How do they justify charging a £5 fee

I switched to VJ because Leo vegas was charging £3 every time to withdraw and somehow found a worse site!

No wonder Videoslots do so well, every other casino seems designed to screw you over win or lose.

I agree with you on the whole £5 charge for a withdrawal being way too much to charge for a withdrawal. However there free spins and coin shop seems very generous to me and usually i can buy free spins or get given some nearly every week at there site. And i only deposit there maybe once a month, But maybe that because i am on a very high level there. But yeah i agree there charge is ridiculous. But there loyalty to customers i have no issue with's. They even sent me 30 quid through the post as a Christmas present!!! No other casinos that i play at more gave me anything anywhere near that :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Just my 2 cents.....

No they said it's because it's below £50

bugs the hell out of me when you get charged to either give them your money or get it back, I was depositing at MrGreen every day this time last year, £50-100 a time, they introduced a charge and I've deposited twice in 6 months now. The 2.5% cost them a lot more than it cost me! Same as Rizk and a few others.

Pure greed, simple as.

Betfair,VS,BET365,PADDYPOWER,BETVICTOR and million others don't charge to deposit or withdraw, so why do these ACCREDITED sites get such high ratings.

FWIW I reversed my withdrawal got it upto 100 and withdrawn again, so up yours VJ! But I'm still annoyed I had to do this and will not deposit anymore with them.

Being charged to deposit is even more comical!

People who support these sites support players being ripped off. Boycott them and they will remove it.

exactly, the only site I would deposit at who charged were casumo, but that was because they had the original book of ra (9 line) and the races, but closed my account due to them being spamming twats. Rizk have the 9 line, but the last couple of times I played there it was laggy as hell, and the rewards are shit. Don't suppose anyone knows anywhere else that has the original book of ra?

Well i feel same i would never pay to deposit either. As for 9 line book of Ra Guts has it but never played it there so might be laggy there as well

You do understand that this is a cost that all casinos deal with. Whether they pass it on to you explicitly or surreptitiously is their choice. You are still paying for it somehow (bonus structures, etc.). So before getting a bee in your bonnet and disrespecting this site (again) why don't you ask why are these upfront costs instead of focused on being a troll? There are plenty of iGaming representatives that would be happy to explain these things, but telling them that they are a joke won't get you far.

The rating system is explained here: Rating Casinos at Casinomeister. If you have further questions on this, feel free to ask.

I'm a troll for complaining about deposit and withdrawal fees ? Absolute comical, I run a business every transaction I take I get a fee but I choose not to charge my customer. Fact remains majority do not charge so you or any rep will never justify the cost the mere fact you try and dismiss my issue by calling me a troll I find offensive given you're administration.

You are a troll when you make posts that incite negative reactions. You disrespect this site by questioning my judgement when it comes to accreditation, and you insult the casino peeps by calling them a joke (you named this thread, right?). So if you feel insulted, that's a shame.

If you wanted to know why some casinos charge you for depositing or withdrawing, then you could've simply asked.

Don't cause unneeded drama in the forum. Thank you.

The thread is a negative tone for a legit reason. As why other people agree with me. Imo it should be pointed out that they charge to withdraw. Also can you honestly tell me how they work out a £5 fee to withdraw under £50 but free if over. That has nothing at all to do with fee's but punishing small stakes players. So IMO verajohn are indeed a joke. But clear giving a negative view on here isn't welcome so I will comment no more.

Have you asked them why they charge you for this? Or are you making assumptions and speculating? Do you want to make a change, or do you just want to bitch and moan? Take your pick.

If you want to bitch and moan, fine. If you want to persuade a casino to change things, calling them a joke is not the way to go about it.

I paid that fee at VJ two or three times for cashing out less than 50 bucks, but that was ok with me; after all, the casino has expenses for every payment.

B.

I asked live chat why the fee for under 50 but not over I also asked why I was allowed to avoid fee in past by doing bank transfer but not this time. He refused to answer. Hence this thread. If any reps want to explain why I be happy to hear, I just find it odd how widely accepted this is on here.

Also why the different fees. Some £1 some £3 and some £5. They make no sense. Should be one small set fee. But rizk charging to deposit is just another level of ridiculous.

I'm not a troll though, annoying or a moaning git maybe though.

The issue here is that the casino have changed policy and tried to force the player to withdraw via a method for which they charge £5 even though there is another perfectly good method that the player has used before that would cost nothing.

If the casino offers a choice between a £5 service and a free service, they should allow the customer to choose which level of service to use. They are also overcharging because it costs them nothing like £5 to process DEBIT card transactions.

It does appear here that they have tweaked their policy towards low rollers in particular in order to generate more in the way of fees through their charging structures.

They also need to consider whether this is "treating the consumer fairly", otherwise such actions could come back and bite them in the arse.
