New Browser based GoWild Casino-Opinions?

OK so I've been a member of GoWild since they opened. I decided to try the new browser based casino last Thursday. I took a bonus and made playthrough. This is where the nightmare started. I found out I had to re-verify my account even though I have been verified for years. OK, did that. I then found out I had to verify my Ecopayz. No problem since I've been using it for years. That's when the problem started. They wanted me to make a 'fresh' deposit with Ecopayz to withdraw. Why should I when I have been using it and been verified for years now. I had no funds in my Ecopayz to do this until earlier today. So FINALLY I was able to make my withdrawal after 5 days. I hopped onto live chat this morning to flush my withdrawal. I was told no problem and I left chat. I still haven't received it so I went back to Live Chat to confirm that it was indeed flushed. I was just told that they now have a 48 hour pending period and no flushing available. So now, It's going to be end up being a week in total before I finally get my withdrawal. I think this new 48 hour pending and no flushing means no more GoWild for me. I can get paid in 10 minutes from other casinos. Why would I wait 48 hours plus, ya know. Just curious I guess how anyone else feels about this? Am I over reacting to this change? Thanks tons gang for any info

I don't think your over reacting at all. Was there a pop up that asked to to accept new terms and conditions? If so the new rules regarding pending periods might be on it. Even so going from flushing to paying quickly to a 48 hour pending period and no flushing is terrible. Also if you are verified for years and have been a regular player then I see no reason why you had to get re-verified and again unless they lost all that info when they switched platforms. An experience like that would leave a very bad taste in my mouth that's for sure.

Thanks for the input hun. There was no pop up for new t&c's. Honestly I never would've deposited if I had known. If I can get paid almost instantly then why would I wait at least 48 hours right?!

^^^ That's a big concern and something I think many casinos take too lightly. Personal data is lost, misplaced and misused. Or just not taken that seriously. I work with privacy and data protection issues and some data controllers and/or companies just dont have a clue of its importance. Especially now, since the new GDPR is in force.

I was also asked to verify my account with GoWild after the platform switch. And I was verified less than 18 monts ago. I was assured my personal data is safely stored and handled in a way data protection requires. Not so sure about that.

Too right girl speak with your wallet and don't deposit there again. Plenty of decent places around and I have noticed Gia hasn't posted in a while so possibly Go Wild is going to pot:D

I agree. Although I'm sure/hopeful they are still secure as far as ID and whatnot go, I'm really disappointed with the direction their customer satisfaction/withdrawal times seems to be going.

Just to update, my withdrawal was in my Ecopayz this morning. Not sure if it was the PM I sent to the rep or this post but glad it's over. Still concerned about the new pending period etc though.

Well i played there last night for the first time since the change.
Took a $200 bonus and somehow got thru the playthru and had balance from $100 up to $1800.
Then all of a sudden it said i had a bonus balance of $10 which i could not get rid of.
Spoke with CS and was informed i had completed playthru and they did not know why i had a ten dollar bonus that would not go away?
They asked me to email there finance department which i did and two hours later the problem was solved and i made withdrawal.

Lets see how this goes.
There FAQ says i will not need to verify as i am a long toerm customer already verified.
Will update later with how it all goes!

So i got the email saying the withdrawal was approved just over 24 hours after applying for it
Because i get it put back to my credit card they say the usual 2 to 3 days but i'm ok with that because that's the way
all the casinos seem to do it to a credit card in Australia.

I did not have to reverify any of my documents.

I posted these bonus play rules in another post the other day.
Personally i don't like them but it is what it is and i managed to get thru $200 bonus without playing these games!

PLAY-THROUGH REQUIREMENTS

Unless otherwise stated, with regards to deposit related bonuses, the bonus and qualifying deposit must be wagered (otherwise known as “played through”) 20 times in the casino before being released into your real money balance. By way of example: (a $20 deposit + a $20 bonus received) X 20 = $800 play through requirement.
Unless otherwise stated, with regards to a bonus which is not deposit related, such a bonus must be wagered 50 times in the casino before being released into your real money balance.
Unless otherwise stated, any winnings derived from deposit bonuses in relation to Free Games (Free Spins) must be wagered 20 times in the casino before being released into your real money balance.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses which are awarded to a player prior to their first deposit must be played through 50 times within 7 days of the relevant bonus being granted. Any winnings generated by such a bonus which have not met such requirements will be cancelled and cannot be reclaimed.
Wagering on certain games will provide a different percentage contribution to the play-through requirements as follows:

Games Contribution
Slot games (except the slot games listed below) or otherwise mentioned * 100%
*Creature from The Black Lagoon, Wild Rockets, Wild Turkey, Fruit Case, Wild Water, Flowers, Christmas Edition, Gonzo’s Quest, Ghost Pirates, Secrets of Atlantis, Steam Tower, Jack Hammer 2 and Jack Hammer 75%
All table games 10%
All versions of Craps, Video Poker, Rummy and Keno, all jackpot games, and the following slots games*: Mega Joker, Dead or Alive, Reel Steal, Jack and the Beanstalk, Big Bang, Eggomatic, Lucky Angler: A Snowy Catch, Koi Princess, Robin Hood, Simsalabim, Cosmic Fortune, Tower Quest, Wizard of Gems, Eye of the Kraken, Golden Ticket, Energoonz, Pimped, Gemix, Pearls of India, Gunslinger, Royal Masquerade, Rage to Riches, Fire Joker, Mystery Joker, Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde, Pinocchio, Sugar Pop, Basic Instinct , Super-Fast Hot Hot, Absolute Super Reels, Neon Reels, Diamond Wild, Mona Lisa Jewels, Kobushi, Super Lady Luck, Jackpot Rango, Untamed Giant Panda, Untamed Bengal Tiger, Untamed Crowned Eagle, Untamed Wolf Pack, Forsaken Kingdom, Peek-a-Boo and Immortal Romance. 0%

As the play through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the bonus balance to the cash balance.
*Any bet made using the “gamble” feature on all slot games or the “double” feature on all video/power poker games will not contribute towards play through requirements (i.e. the play thorough contribution is 0%).
Only fully settled bets are taken into account for wagering requirement purposes.
Playing on any demonstration game does not count towards wagering requirements.

A lot of games you can play but they don't count for playthru of bonus!
