Question re loss of connection during free spins

Hi Guys

was playing playtech buffalo blitz just got re spins next spin lost connection
still had 21 spins to go and only $3 in wins.
went back to game gone.
Spoke to support looking into.(highly rated cm casino)

whats my chances just my luck lol

Known issue with Playtech, as far as I can tell its been happening to players for months. On all different Playtech slots

Yes, unfortunately Playtech games seem to do this whereas other developers' slots don't.

For example we know on IGT/WMS the round will continue from exactly where it was when you lost the server connection.

On others the round won't play out but you'll see the end screen/total it paid so you simply missed the rest of the video animation of the feature.

But Playtake, not good the way they work, or don't work sometimes.

Playtech is often very slow in getting back to operators. There have been times they say they can't recover game round.

I'd contact the rep here rather than frontline support, they have more clout with the powers that be.

This is a game with such massive potential, but often ends up a huge disappointment as well.

It's hard to figure out what an appropriate compensation is if Playtech cannot/will not recover the game round.
