Slotty Vegas 5 working days for first withdrawal

I have been a member at Slotty Vegas for just over a year and played once maybe twice there before.
I got an offer last week, deposited and won the most I have ever won from anywhere.

I requested a withdrawal on 16th April its still processing and I can see the
    t&c
's state 5 working days for a first withdrawal,so I am aware its been 1 working day (due to Easter).

But just wondering how long others had to wait for first withdrawal. This is not a complaint at all just wanting some feedback from others experiences.

Beep beep. Beep beep. Dont reverse your withdrawal. That's my only advice. I stopped playing there a year or so ago because they no longer provided netent games in my jurisdiction.

    Have you been through
    KYC
    ?
Pop on live chat, they are usually pretty good and can possibly sort it straight away for you

Thanks for the advice guys. Ok I should have said I did go on live chat on the 16th as I kept getting an error when trying to withdraw and they were really nice and helped me with it, eventually it let me withdraw.

Then I went on live chat yesterday and got a different agent who was nice he said it will take 5 days as first withdrawal and subsequent ones are within 4 hours. I asked him about
    KYC
and he said I am fully verified.

Just checked again and its still in processing stage.

That's really weird, is this the same Slotty Vegas aligned to BetAT? Never heard of this "5 days for first withdrawal" rule, and never had a withdrawal pending any longer than an hour or so.
Won't the agent flush your withdrawal for you? You're fully verified, there should be no issue at all. Very disappointing from those guys, I'd be on to them to sort it out right away

I am not sure what flushing is but I don't want to go asking them again as it is my first withdrawal and it is in t and c's. I will have a look and post them later as I am pretty sure I saw them before but on phone right now.

Trouble is I am practically dancing with impatience.

Just don't reverse since that's obviously what they want you to do. What a horrible rule, and a great way of scaring new customers off.
I couldn't find that rule so maybe it's just for players from the uk. Also not allowing bonuses on Skrill or Neteller and a lot of games to keep track on that you can't play with bonuses. They had everything covered in their rules. I think I would be scared constantly if I played there.

Ask a friend to change your password for you so you don't get tempted. It's a great way to have control. Patience is your best friend

That's a different thing. What a relief. You may get your cash very soon...or you'll have to wait. It says ''may take''.
Go to chat and ask if they can't flush it for you. Even if it's not processed immediately it will at least take it off from being able to reverse.
It never hurts to ask so do that. Let us know when you recieve it.
