My GF signed upto this site tonight, I previously played here once, but made sure she asked on chat if this allowed they said it is fine. She took 400% deposit bonus but hit decent win before touched bonus so forfeited it and kept the cash. She went to hit withdraw and got the message "We are not able to accept your request at this time, please contact our customer service for information"

Live chat offline, so she will ask tomorrow, but anyone had this issue before, in past if it's to ask for documents they usually let you request the withdrawal then ask, but this isn't allowing that. Hoping they don't try and pull a fast one on her, shes a little worried. Is this a simple ID issue or some BS about forfeiting the bonus(even though not touched)?

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!

Well your description gives me a few reasons to be concerned to be honest.

1) You said your GF signed up and deposited. I take it that is with your IP you used for your account too and your address, that is if you both live together or you have different addresses? I say this because most casinos only allow one person/per household/ip. So that could have been 1 factor as to why you got the message.

2) Second point is that not all casinos allow you to forfeit bonus funds. Mostly the casinos that have wager that is tied to both the deposit+bonus. If you read the terms first you should already know if you was allowed to forfeit the bonus.

All you can do now is wait and get in touch with live chat when they are online, see what they say. But atm, i am sure you have already broken at least of one their terms. So that would mean your money might be voided, but they might honour and give you your deposit amount back only but not the winnings.

Keep us updated :)

I can't see anything in their T&C about withdrawing, even if the bonus isn't touched. The only relevant clauses in the T&C seem to be

14.9. Withdrawal of funds before the wagering requirement is completed will void ALL bonuses and any winnings of these attributable to Your account.

14.10. Where a customer requests a withdrawal or transfer out of their gaming account, prior to the necessary wagering requirement being met, they will lose all bonus and winnings attributable to the account. Only the sum of the original deposit or remaining balance of the original deposit will be withdrawable.

Did you guys read the terms?

And by reading some of their other terms I personally wouldnt dare play here

I didn't, I just did a standard general reply in my above post.

But i did say in my above post, read their terms. It is what all gamblers should do, when they play at casinos that are not accredited. It will cause less heartache afterwards.

So it seems the OP's GF will not get the winnings I am afraid, but they should honour and give you what you deposited back, hopefully. This is another reason I never play at casinos that are less well known. And I always check on many gambling sites/forums if they are good way before I play at a new casino.

Yes same IP, but we live together, and we have accounts at most casinos and not had one issue yet in that regard and asked on chat before she signed up to avoid them trying that one on us.

In terms of forfeiting the bonus, I'm sure I read that Nektan casinos allow you to forfeit the bonus IF you have not touched the bonus money at all and keep the cash winnings. Of course if you have touched the bonus money and then forfeit the bonus you lose the winnings and bonus.

Plus I made her check that it said it was cash, not all tied under bonus cash which is what most casinos do if tied into a bonus, also no wagering had took place as the new rule with this casino group is real cash does not count towards wagering only bonus money which backs up no bonus cash was touched, and finally if it did mean all winnings was removed it should auto remove it like it does with the bonus.

I don't think this is the issue, but we will see in the morning.

Oh no I meant that to him and his gf about did they read the terms.

But that restricted game list is pure nonsense. Its like they hope to catch people who dont read the terms and listed some of the more popular games. TSII and avalon is banned? In what world.....

Ahh ok, and yes that clause is disgusting one. What makes that clause worse is the fact, i bet they still allow players to play the slots. Take for example slottyvegas, I say this casino as an example, if you try play a slot that isn't allowed, usually it just shows 0.00 balance. so that then stops you from being able to play the restricted games so you do not fall victim to that type of specific term. But yeah, So many casinos have that type of clause, most of the genuine ones do have a system in place that stops players from being able to play them with bonus funds.

Yes but just because some casinos have terms that allow it, doesn't mean all do. Golden Rule when you play at online casinos *Read The Terms* :)

Can i also say i am sorry your girlfriend has fallen victim to this. It isn't nice to know you can now not have what you won. But it is why my above statement is soo important :)

I read the entire bonus terms and general site terms and no where does it state you can forfeit your bonus. So either they are idiots that dont include their terms or it simply isnt how this casino is run.

Also, I read that their offers are for one person per household address, shared computer etc

I read that whole thread two months ago, and several people confirm on the thread THIS casino allows you to withdraw winnings and forfeit bonus if it has not been touched,

Now unless they have changed their rules within 8 weeks, then you're wrong, the "some casinos" you refer to, if you checked the links I had posted for you ,they refer to the casino in question, so indeed the terms was read.

I appreciate your feedback, but no rules have been broken, will keep you updated.

All casinos state one per household address etc....

Not once have I had a issue, infact my brother also had accounts at this address, I think common sense is applied too with this rule thankfully across all sports/casino sites.

The terms and rules might not state it allows this, but at other Nektan sites I have had this forfeit bonus and withdraw fine, and as the thread I link stated many others have had this too. I think you might be correct with the idiots part though.

Ok your welcome.

Can i say that i didn't read most of the posts in that thread you linked, and i couldn't find where it mentioned this specific casino, i saw the thread was for a different casino.

Can i also say that i have vast experience in the online casino world, I used a different well known forum before this one, not mentioning which it is. But my alias on it used to be LuckyRJ until a few years ago changed it to DreamRJ. I have also been a casino affiliate, and also been a streamer on twitch too. Just wanted to give you some background into myself :)

Well its good you havent had any issues but the terms say you cant have more than 1 account from each household and as far as I know most casinos abide by this rule. We have seen dozens of PAB fail because people didnt abide by that term. I mean, why put it if they arent going to follow through with it. Im not saying you are right or wrong, I think its strange.

I think its strange as hell they let you forfeit the bonus but dont have it in their terms.

I think its strange they have a max bet rule of $1 per slot bet when using a freebie which is capped anyways

I think its strange they have avalon, TSII, south park and many others banned.

What a strange casino :eek2:

If it comes to light none of these are the issue then the casino needs to update their terms.

Drvegas,Rizk,bgtgames,casinoroom,betat,32red,betfair,betvictor,bet365,paddypower,sky, and almost every accredited site we have a account each at. withdrawn at most(and lost at most!)

I guess simply if casino is genuine they use common sense, the rules are their for bonus abusers i guess.

Anyway you're right the Nektan casinos have all those games blocked, nothing new, not exactly great casinos but no issues so far.

bed time, let you know what BS they send the GF in the morning :)

According to live chat(which is dangerous to listen too), they just require ID verify before being able to request a withdrawal. They take 3 days to verify documents....then 3 further days to process a withdrawal. Otherwise known as hope you play your money back and lose it all :eek2:

I'll make sure she don't lose it by changing the password!

They paid just to clear up the issue if cancelling a bonus is ok, infact I have signed up to 3 other Nektan casinos cancelled bonus after winning early and been paid too.
