Firstly, I like playing slots at casinos and this so far has not posed a 'problem gambler' issue as I manage my play in a controlled manner - probably not a conventional approach, but it works for me.

I have a couple of 'core' casinos I play at regularly and without problem, then others which are on the fringe of being my regular haunts but naturally can't play at all casinos all the time so I rotate these fringe casinos until they can replace one of my core ones if I feel comfortable with that - namely no play issues, withdrawals processed promptly, no lag, good feedback at CM, etc. Accordingly, say 2 regulars (weekly limits in place) and 3 on the side (smaller monthly limits in place). To manage this, I use TAB or SE as it can be tempting to play other casinos if up to limits at regulars (perhaps my gambling is a problem then?!?!?).

Still with me in my confused muddle which makes sense to me?!?!?:p

Anyway, a few months pass and I read somewhere that SlottyVegas have impressed someone here, so I would like to reopen my account. I contact chat to get account reopened and they say someone will call me in a weeks time after a cooling off period, so basically this weekend just gone I should expect a call. I had one blocked call from an international +356 number (I have international call barring on my phone) followed by an e-mail from them. I explained that I have call barring set on my telephone account, but unfortunately they need to speak to me despite me confirming I don't have gambling issues, etc etc by e-mail.

What is the point of the call? What if the player is deaf/mute and can't use a phone? What if the player simply doesn't want a phone - especially since it is for the owner of said phone's convenience and not for other peoples convenience in contacting them. I don't want to go through the grief of taking off international call barring, waiting for a call, then putting the call barring back in place.

I also had the same situation with Super Lenny, although they simply never contacted me to reopen my account. Nevermind!

Oh well, that's my puzzlement over. It would have been nice to try Slotty and Lenny again, but if circumstances do not allow it, so be it. I appreciate they have their policies to follow.

Or is it they have read about my pleasing run of luck over the last 4/5 months and don't want me playing there?!?!?! :D

Sorry for my ramblings - I don't have any real life friends into online slots, so can't chat to them, so you cyber world chaps/chapesses are my audience! Yeah, I know, silly post and you are thinking 'what's the point of it', but I just fancied to put fingers to keyboard for a change instead of just clicking 'spin' via the mouse!!
