"Dear valued player,
We are excited to inform you that as of 19 April 2017 the Casinoluck.com website will be moved to a new platform, under the terms available here: casinoluck.com/amigter/
This is very thrilling news, as it will allow us to improve even further your gaming experience with Casinoluck.com, with plenty of new games and lucrative offers.
In order to ease this process as much as possible, your personal information, will be migrated to the new Casinoluck.com operator.
If you do not wish to move your account to the new platform, please contact accounts@casinoluck.com by the 5 April 2017 and update us, otherwise we shall assume you agree to the migration of your data as stipulated above.
We’re here to help!
The data migration is completely seamless and will have no effect on you. We take all necessary precautions to ensure your personal data remains secure (please review the applicable Privacy Policy casinoluck.com/en/PrivacyPolicy).

Kind regards,
Casinoluck.com (for and on behalf of Everymatrix (Curacao) N.V. and/or Everymatrix Software Limited)"

Im a little bit shocked because it´s my preferred casino and seems now to be owned from the same company that runs karamba.com . If that is the case i will close my accounts at
casinoluck and nextcasino (the link: nextcasino/amigter works, too).:(

I just sent my response not to migrate my information to the new owners. Another 2 casinos soon to be dropped from the accredited list I'm afraid. I wouldn't mind if they got bought by a group with a good reputation but this is unacceptable. Maybe I'm jumping the gun a bit but this is too much for any gal to take. Well at least 32red got bought by Unibet so I can have some comfort there. These last twelve months have been quite tumultous. I give up:mad:

Absolutely horrible :(

I just hope other brands such as Wildslots stay with the current owners, so that we got something left that can act as a replacement

Just seen this.

Can someone tell me why this new operator is an issue or point me to some threads explaining?

Heard nothing on the danish casinos that opened just a few months ago, but might be under difference management like to hear if they are gonna be run under same or changes here also.

Glad this thread is here as I just read their e-mails and planned on starting one, saved me a job

These are 3 of my "go to" casinos these days and I'm happy to say I've never had a problem with them during my time there.

Before I bail - I'd like to ask for some input form experienced guys, maybe affiliates as to who thinks this is a good/bad/meaningless move.

I do have to say, having read earlier posts in this thread the word 'Karamba' alone sets alarm bells ringing but I won't panic just yet.

If existing staff, management and rep (particularly Eric from this list) are to remain then there is a good chance I will also remain.

To be continued...... Hopefully positively

Lets just hope the rogue pit doesn't need digging a little deeper , PLEASE

i never actually had any problems with karamba, and they do have some amazing offers from time to time (like deposit $10 get $10 - $20 worth of free spins) with reasonable wagering too. Sure they arent casumo or videoslots but they are ok...ish :)

Not sure whats gonna happen with their slots now, because karamba doesnt have nearly as many as casinoluck does. Maybe we get best from both worlds (karamba offers, and casinoluck slots + cashout times? :p) but i know thats just wishful thinking.

Apart from the fact, that i don´t trust the new owners (read too many bad things in the past about them and the associated casinos).
Perhaps they are not rogue but have a quite low standard.

Edit: There is also a connection with primeslots.com (T&C seem to be the -nearly- the same)

Really not happy with the news.

NextCasino is my most used casino thanks to the frequent promos and industry-low wagering.

Hi all!

We are indeed switching the technical platform for our sites starting with CasinoLuck in a month or so from now. That email was sent today to inform everyone at least 30 days in advance. We are not changing owners, just the platform.

I’m surprised to see some negative comments about this. For us this is something positive and it should be for you guys too! It’s not like there has been all cheers and praises regarding our current platform….

To adress some comments and to give some general information without making this post too long;
Things that concern players will basically stay the same or be improved. Our team and I will of course remain to take care of you, as always. This is a technical platform switch. There is no dramatic change of owners or management here!! We expect there to be way less stability and technical issues like downtime and alike on this new platform. We will also have brand new responsive websites for all our brands. The mobile sites, in particular, will be hugely improved. The game offering will largely be the same and big providers such as Netent, Microgaming, NYX and PlaynGo will remain. We will lose some of our lesser played providers like IGT and Isoftbet but on the other hand we’ll gain the popular provider WMS. Raging Rhino, anyone?!?!

We will launch a new loyalty program that will be way more extensive than the current FPP program we have. We’ll continue to accept players from the same countries as we currently do. All in all, we’re trying to make the switch as seamless as possible for you, our players. We aim to accomodate bonuses, promotions, bonus WRs, limits, payout times, payment options etc on the new platform to what we have now or better. Affiliates should not worry either. Income Access is our affiliate system and that will not change.

As always, feel free to drop me a PM and I will be happy to help out and assist.

The current thread title is somewhat misleading so if someone could please change it to ”CasinoLuck and NextCasino are changing platform” I would be very happy and thankful! :notworthy

Cheers!

well i wouldnt call it industry low though :)

betat has same 30x on bonus ( i think?) and you are able to cashout if you dont dip into it, plus they have weekly free spins offer and free spins wagering is 10x there

I´m sorry if the title would be misleading when it´s true that it´s only a change of the technical basis (platform), but why the completely different T&C then ?
But let´s Bryan do his own recherches and decide what really is the case.

Edit: Why change to a platform that has such a (well earned) bad repute ???? And you are really wondering about negative comments ? Comeon...

Hi hausse222!

I understand your concern. Let me try to explain;

Just like our general terms now are those of Everymatrix ltd (EM is our current license holder) the new ones will be those of Aspire Global since they will be the license holder after the platform switch. Right now the definition is that Everymatrix is our "operator". After the platform switch, Aspire Global will be our new operator.

The owners and management of our sites will remain the same as it has always been.

Thanks Erik. Appreciate the clarification, more than happy with this!

Thanks for the clarification Eric I am happy the owners are remaining the same as I too am a frequent depositor there and do like your casinos. Now I have to send an e-mail to accounts to tell them to disregard my previous e-mail. Whew I am glad ownership is staying the same:)

No worries, m8! Glad to hear that you'll give the new upcoming sites a shot. Just drop me a PM if there is any problem with your account, now or later on

Thanks for the clarification. Can you confirm two things, as I can see another S/E nightmare for some.

- As you are changing licence, does that mean anyone who is self-exluded at any of the circa 25 sites under AG will be automatically be banned at NextCasino / Casino Luck?

- Can you personally guarantee that some of the horrific bonus terms that apply at nearly all AG sites will NOT be introduced at your site?

i.e.

All NetEnt games only contribute 50% to welcome bonus and ongoing monthly reload wagering?
All popular Microgaming games (Immortal Romance, Thunderstruck II, Game of Thrones etc) have reduced wagering - 30-50%?

Always been x13 d+b for me. Haven't played at BetAT for a while and not seen their rep as active as the old days.
